Today (2/19/26) I tried to call before doing this review but the numberon the receipt and website don’t work. The coffee this morning was extra bitter. It was as though something put the grounds in the coffee!!! The breakfast jack was extra salty either from the “cheese” or “ham” or both. That should be fixed before you serve anyone else!!

I wanna assume they have problem with night staffing, as it’s how it usually is in every 24h food, but just terrible service last I experienced (and surely the last).
This is probably the jack location whose drive-thru takes the longest.
I ordered a large curly fries with a regular coke for a combo meal, gave me a regular french fries and a large coke. Went back around hoping for replacement, still with the slow-moving line, only to be charged for a large curly fries at the last window bc the same lady rang me up wrong the first time. Didn’t even give me any receipts for both transactions.
I ended up buying my curly fries as I another order. I just wanted to get it over with but if you mischarged a customer, you should be correcting the charge, not just charging them again for the correct item. ♀️

I was on the way to a Jack restaurant… still 13 minutes drive going from LA to San Diego, when right at this corner traffic light…. this one was just there . I’m like what???? Why this is not on my GPS?. Parked, went inside, little place, very clean, only like 5 tables but felt cozy. It was like a big surprise……. I’ll come back here for sure

On 10/08/25 at 5:30AM I went up to the pick up/delivery window and rang the doorbell. I waited for an answer on either the doorbell speaker or for someone to come assist me at the window, then about 7 minutes later comes a Hispanic lady employee maybe around 50 years old, she was wearing glasses.
she acts very rude towards me, saying curse words in Spanish and saying why I’m not paying attention to inside the store because she was trying to wave at me from behind the counter, all while there’s a big sign blocking my view in front of me that reads “DELIVERY/PICKUP WINDOW” I tried to ask her a question and she slammed the window shut while I was speaking, and proceeds to curse me inside the store, at that point I felt very disrespected and I felt it was very unnecessary for her to act that way, it made me feel very anxious and uneasy.

dirty restaurant. sodas on counter without supervised. trays with trash on top of dumbster. and it smells very bad. also, customer service was terrible, i asked for a plastic bag for my food, they refused saying NO they cannot give away bags, and they all speak spanish only.

The food is good, I had the double jack combo meal with a sprite. The service is good, everyone is so friendly and they make sure your food is presentable before giving it to you which is great because no one wants their food just thrown in a bag.
