Friendly people from the drive through . Virginia was the one who took my order And she is overall outstanding on providing good service.Virginia is such nice person ,she help me out on getting better deals a this restaurant for next time visits and most fast food restaurants don’t bother to even mention promotions like Virginia did
They just have no pride in their jobs like these friendly folks do . I will definitely will be coming here more often .

I place a order and they give me what they want me to eat not what I ordered. .Almost $30 for 3 burgers . Y’all could at least make sure y’all making the burgers correct and there customers are happy not no hurry up and bye. Now they don’t answer the phone to fix the order and I have to go to work. I don’t have time for this. Being the only car in the driive thru and not busy is no reason for not taking calls when y’all know customers are calling to complain.

Everytime i get drive thru for my kids the food, the food is amazing by the way always great temperature but the service from this lady with purple end hairs and lots of gray hair is absolutely unprofessional. I grew up with Carl’s Jr. and it is still great. Better than most fast food restaurants to be honest. The food is satisfying and cheap. The chicken sandwich was surprisingly filling and fresh.

The automated system got our order wrong. We ordered a double famous cheese burger. When we looked over the order on the screen it was correct. Once we got home the burger was just meat and cheese. No lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, sauce…absolutely nothing. For $8 burger by its self this was disappointing. I looked at the receipt and it says “plain” we never said the word plain and it never read on the screen. Such a waste of money.
