Melissa Brian is just the sweetest person I have ever met at McDonald’s. She greeted myself and my daughters in the play area as she was cleaning. She shared some wonderful words of kindness that just poured joy into the world. She is such a wonderful example of excellent customer service and just kindness that exist in the world. The McDonald’s in Dunlap is completely Ill prepared to take door dash orders. They (on a regular basis) ignore people for 15+ min. It took over 30 min to get 2 drinks and 2 10 piece nuggets. 30+ min! That is absolutely ridiculous!

Was actually rolling through Dunlap on our way home and decided to stop for a quick bite and let me add that I particularly don’t eat at McDonald’s nothing to do with McDonald’s just my choice….however we stopped and the staff here are wonderful and the food was actually great and fresh.

The tables in the play area are always dirty! Do our children not deserve a clean area to eat? Chic Fil A always has clean tables and kids love chicken nuggets just saying. Plus a way better play area.
Update: The entire restaurant is always filthy! Does the health department not do inspection here because it a “small town”

Update: Ordered a sprite today. I barely got any sprite. It was all ice. Seriously I wanted the sprite not a glass full of ice. I should have just went to the gas station.

They are nice here and friendly. This is one of the better mcdonalds in the area. Recently renovated. Sometimes the line is all the way into the road during lunch and dinner. They aren’t slow at all, it just gets busy during these times. Dining room is closed due to covid at the moment. I ordered a burger and they forgot to put the meat on it on it today, lol. its no big deal, I just think it was funny. They were very nice about it and quickly gave me a replacement burger.

Absolutely the worst place in Dunlap they don’t get the orders right ever and every time I’ve been there I’ve had to go in and get different food cause it was wrong or there was hair in it if you don’t want to get your orders messed up or gross food with hair go right across the street to jacks or go to Taco Bell cause this place is a waist of time and money

I went inside to order breakfast and while there had to use the restroom. The floors at this location are always super slick like they were covered in grease or wax, so much so that they just keep wet floor signs out all the time. This indicates this is a known problem and they keep them out to cover their butt as now they are not responsible for any injuries that their negligence may cause. When walking back from the bathroom to the lobby, I fell and landed on my back, which hurt my back and my tailbone. I told the front counter about my fall and she said she would tell the manager. I sincerely doubt anything will be done about this. I will avoid the lobby going forward since they do not seem to care about the safety of the customers in the store.
