Pizzas were delicious except for one thing. Ordered light sauce on both build your own, and one pizza was perfect! But the second pizza had a lot of sauce around the crust. That’s what we were trying to avoid. Still, the toppings were correct. The staff was friendly, efficient, and greeted me with a genuine smile. I had a bad experience the last time I ordered Blaze. They redeemed themselves this time, tho, and I’ll definitely be back!

Kam was amazing. There was a long line of people. She made a bunch of pizza dough. Then she put together several pizza’s. After that she went to cook all the pizza’s in the brick oven. She is super fast, like the energizer bunny. There were 3 other employees. They were not as productive as Kam. They were very slow. Kam is definitely management material. Can you please share this with her and acknowledge her for doing such a great job? 🙂

The staff was extraordinarily professional and patient with the PICKIEST guest I had ever seen. The guest had them remake the pizza despite nothing being wrong with it, held up the line, and watched them like a hawk making unreasonable demands – the staff was very patient and kind while also keeping the other guests moving along. My pizza came out perfectly as I would expect from such professionals and I would happily come back! Hats off to Staff members Alex and Mars for keeping it together!

Normally good pizza good service, don’t go to close to close! Staff was rude, one of pizzas burned and staff wanted to argue it wasn’t…black is a sign of burnt; been at other location close to closing and they were great, said no worries they had a bit to do to close! If you don’t want to serve us just say do we will go elsewhere, probably never coming back to this Blaze again ☹️

Blaze Pizza used to be an awesome place. But for the last couple years it seems It’s going down. First off let me say that even though it wasn’t busy at the time I came, they were a little slow with the service. I probably only come here once a month if that anymore. The pizza still good. And it was made well. The purpose of the bad reviews is that they seem to be cutting back on things that are actually beneficial to the customer probably to save cost or for whatever reason they felt necessary. One thing is their drink options they used to have freshly brewed iced tea for the longest time. But they do not anymore. The only drink options are the one as pictured in this review. the funniest part about this is that they used to also have Sriracha hot sauce. They only have Tabasco and not only that they have tons of it as you will see in the review of this picture. Most of those bottles are full. Now if you were the manager or the owner and you saw that would then be a red flag for you or would you just care less because Tabasco cost cheaper than most hot sauce. Are you really out for the customer? Or are you out for every penny that spent. It’s okay to be on both but they used to have Sriracha for the longest time. And no one hardly likes Sriracha anymore because it’s too watered down hot sauce add too much sodium. This is a no-brainer if you want people to come back for something you have to have what they like. This was a big turn off for these two items to be missing. For that reason I will not be back. It’s sad because I used to enjoy coming here. Nor do I recommend it anymore.
