The employees were all really great. But the coffee itself was watery. I also got a BLT, which was fine. The chips though were stale, so I asked for a new one, and then the second pack was stale. Even though the Best Buy date wasn’t for another several months? It was weird. But again, employees did what they could! There just needs to be some quality improvement on food and drinks.

This place was GREAT! The inside is very modern and very welcoming. Felt like I could study for hours on end. They have a huge menu list! Coffee list has many diet accommodations, and their food was superb. I love their aesthetic, plus the staff was extremely friendly! The outside would be great on sunny days. Definitely enjoyed my time there and would recommend to give them a visit!

This is the best coffee my husband and I have had in the Seattle area! I got a 24 iced ounce Americano with cream and mocha sauce. My husband got a 24 ounce cold brew with cream and 2 pumps of amaretto. I love how clear the menu is and how many flavors they have. I wish I was wanting a baked good, they all looked so yummy.

Honestly, this place has carried me through more exams than caffeine should legally allow. The coffee’s always top-tier, the staff are super friendly, and the vibe is just perfect its calm enough to study, but lively enough to keep you awake. I’ve spent countless hours here cramming, and somehow I keep passing everything. Great music, cozy seating, and people who actually care. If you need a spot to focus, chill, or just reset with a great cup, Urban Coffee’s the place for you.

i love this place BUT the staff in the evening(4ish?) is night and day to daytime. daytime zero issues, EVER. i love everyone. evening? absolutely horrible in speed, drink consistency, attitude, its like its been everyboys first day over and over again. im not coming back for my normal evening coffee anymore after today (11/22- 418pm) two cars infront of us nobody was lined up inside and we were boxed up waiting.. THIRTY MIN.

Terrible breakfast burrito. Stuffed with half baked granular egg powder that leaves a pasty taste. The soggy tortilla is busting open along the entire length of the burrito. Barely any meat. I am very surprised at the good reviews. Don’t be fooled. The coffee was bland as well – zombie milk. In all honesty this was the worst breakfast burrito I have ever had. I’m not one to leave bad reviews but the people need to be warned.
