I love Chappy’s. The staff is always in a good mood. The food is always good. My favorites are the buffalo city wrap, the bacon cheeseburger, and the turkey melt. The free small cone of ice cream afterwards is a great bonus. The prices are very reasonable for quality food. They have special deals on the kids menu for kids eat free and a kids eat half price. There is an age for these. The restaurant itself is always clean. We have been eating here since I was a little boy.

There Turkey melt is so good. I took my dog, Bonnie, here right before I had to put her down, to receive her last meal. They treated her so good and made sure she had everything she needed. Ask for Reva. She gives the best customer service.

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the service I received when placing a mobile order on your app. My order confirmation indicated a pickup time of 11:24 a.m., and while I understand that delays can occur during busy periods, I waited an additional 30 minutes before eventually requesting a refund due to the excessive delay. During this time, staff members asked me about my order twice, and only after requesting a refund did someone finally locate my turkey Reuben, which appeared to have been prepared well before my arrival but not communicated or delivered to me in a timely manner. Despite several employees present near the order pickup area, my order was neither expedited nor handled with basic courtesy, and I received no apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience. Unfortunately, by the time I received the sandwich, it was cold, and I chose not to wait longer for a manager because I feared that process would take another extended period.
I hope you will address these issues so customers can trust the accuracy of mobile order times and the efficiency of your pickup system moving forward. They staff handed me the and said, “ Here it go” and handed it to me like I just walked through the door. That Interesting Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Love this place! I have been calling in my order for pickup over the years until my friend and I decided to dine in. I was quite surprised at the decor and atmosphere. The food is awesome!! There is nothing like having a a good hot breakfast. This is definitely my #1 choice for breakfast. I love the ham steak; but biscuit and gravy is delicious. Also the grits were hot, fluffy and tasty.

Beware that when you order to go your food comes separately in small containers. The portions are extremely small and not worth it. Waffle House gives better portion sizes for the same price. Definitely won’t be spending money here anymore

One of the less expensive Delis in town. Strong staff at this location. I tried the Tick Tock chopped sandwich, basically a chopped Italian on a hoagie roll. It wasn’t disappointing but I expected a little more of that strong cured meat in the sandwich and maybe a more Italian style dressing. The sandwich ended up being a little messy and hard to eat but I had no problem finishing it. It’s not my first choice deli in the city but you can see from the reviews that they have a huge following.

A wonderful and friendly place for breakfast or lunch! I had the Reuben sandwich with fries. It was awesome. The service is very friendly and they have a free small ice cream for desert!!
