Waited 10 minutes in the drive through even though they had our food sitting on the counter before handing it to us and then got home with cold food and a entire order missing. You are supposed to check on the screen what people ordered and then check the bag to make sure EVERYTHING is in the bag before handing it to the person. Do better!!!

This is my local McDonald’s. No idea why they have two drive-thru lines so they can mess your order up before out of five times? Constantly forget to put the sauces that you asked for for your burritos or nuggets in the bag and who wants to stand at the counter to be ignored for 5 minutes because they expect you to use the online kiosk.

ordered a regular plain sausage mcgriddle. not only did it have egg and cheese, but also no sausage. just two sad pieces of bacon.. also spent almost $3 (ridiculous) on a SMALL orange juice and it wasn’t even to the fill line. pff. won’t be going there again.

They raised prices but quality is still terrible. Was there at 9pm and both chicken nuggets and fries were soggy and far from fresh. When I pay these prices I expect to get fresh food not crap that has been sitting around for hours. It’s like this across the board. Been here at 7am and get cold coffee and soggy hash browns which is hard to imagine that close to just opening. I gotta wonder if all the 5 stars are workers or friends of workers. I live in Ithaca and it’s always bad quality no matter the time of day.

waited 20 minutes for cold food, extremely soggy fries, overcooked nuggets, Luke warm burger, and an under cooked mcchicken. would not recommend going here to wait for sub par actually straight crap food for 20+ minutes when theyre not even busy.

No, its not better to order via kiosk.
I ordered two coffees (no, not frappe/latte/machiatto anything. One black, one with cream and sugar)
At least 4 orders that were placed after mine were filled before mine. Some sizeable food orders. They were placed at the counter with a human.
The last time I went to another location, I HAD to order at the kiosk. Human wouldn’t take my order. Followed that pattern today. Did it help? Nope.

We came into the lobby at 9:59, one minute before close, the manager Leanne mentioned we were more than welcome to stay and eat so we did. (They close at midnight) I’m glad we did because she was amazing, she brought us our food, she brought us extra bacon, checked on us a few times but what really impressed us was her attitude, She had a smile the entire night, was the most polite and caring manager you could ask for. Additionally I couldn’t help but how hard of a work she was. Running food to the drive through organizing everything behind the counter AND started to mop the floor. If I owned this restaurant I could only hope for 10 Leanne’s to run my store she was amazing and deserves the position she has.

Used the app to order an iced coffee. I didn’t want all ice and just creamer. If I didn’t get a deal I would have been back for a new one. Teach your employees how to make your own products.
