It isn’t our servers fault AT ALL, but we have been waiting for OVER AN HOUR for our food. Super simple. My husband was getting salmon and I was getting that Mac n cheese. Tell me why other tables got their orders way before us (which is still never) and they arrived after us. We NEVER complain, EVER. This is a first. We are the super easy family that refuses to even send super screwed up meals BACK and we still tip really well. We were starving and I suggested this place because we used to like it.

Update as I am writing this: my chicken is super dry. The pasta is FLOATING in oil, the breadstick is insanely hard. My husband won’t say anything because he knows it may have been a tough day. This is ridiculous.

Absolutely awful!! Waited over an hour for our food and ended up canceling our order and left. Only 5 other tables has customers and I observed 6 employees. One couple was made to wait over 5 million just to be seated in an empty restaurant. Absolutely terrible service. No outside lights at 6:30pm

Incredible atmosphere- the entire team was such a treat to engage with. Super attentive, helpful, professional, and communicative.

I work night shift and go to college full time. This week night out let me get some key studying wrap up, connect with some other great guests, and get a great meal on a budget.

All of the names escape me, but Andrea, Mark – the whole team, really – deserve a shout out – thanks for everything!!

It was good food, portions were a little small for how expensive it was. The service was great. The place is a little run down with unkempt bushes, tattered menus and stuff but it’s fine. I hate giving it a 3, but a 4 feels wrong too because as the burger was good I probably wouldn’t come back for it. As my husband put it, it was like good fast food at sit down restaurant prices.

Two times in than 3 weeks we tried to eat here. Attempt one
We were seated after about 10 minutes it was like the gates of Hell had opened. Thought it was a fluke but was told the heat was broken. Ok so no biggie. So tonight we walk in to have dinner and ask for a booth for 2. Hostess says ” we are on a seating hold with no estimated time” . HUH!!! The place had maybe 20 people in the whole restraunt on a Saturday evening at 7pm. Wow… I’m still reeling
I’ve heard through friends in the business how bad Applebee’s is and how screwed up they are, well I have witnessed it first hand.
Good luck to you if you try it!

Tried to eat there the weekend after Christmas. Our family used to eat there a couple Sunday’s a month after church before the pandemic. Always had good food and good service. We thought we’d give it a try before seeing the new Wicked movie at the nearby theater. Walked in a no one acknowledged us for awhile. Only 4 or 5 tables were seated, the bar was completely empty. The hostess couldn’t give us an estimated time to be seated, then disappeared. We waited another 15, 20 minutes while 3 more parties came in waiting too. Seemed like only one waitress was handling the whole restaurant. We finally gave up and left, ended up eating at the food court in the mall. Pretty sure the parties waiting behind us left too. I don’t think they’ll be in business long. Another victim of this horrible economy!

Wow. Just wow. Management here is terrible. I’m so sorry to the staff. I went and the poor staff was under staff. They were all just in a mood cause cearly they need help. It took a while to get the food but no complaints just stayed and waited. They were out of the beer my fiancee wanted. Then they didnt have a blender to make the drinks. Then we ordered our food and ate I didn’t get the dessert I ordered which was fine at that point I just wanted my check I got the correct check at the table which was for (2) 14.99 appetizer deals and ( 2 ) 6 dollar which was correct so I handed my card to the guy to ring. He came back with a receipt that said 64 dollars which was an additional charge of all the things we didnt get nor did they have. So then im told they can’t do the refund they have to charge me again the correct amount which now I pay again 46.08
And now I have to wait till Tuesday to get my money. They whole time the guy wasn’t at fault the manger in yellow never came to apologize & just irritated me that she had him come and talk to us instead of her doing her job when it was here mistake. Completely poor management. Unprofessional. Just frustrated dont waste your time.

We had a bit of a mixed experience during our visit. The service was quite slow, which was surprising given the restaurant was fairly empty. There was a mix-up where we were initially brought the wrong order, and after that was corrected, it took a significant amount of time for the right food to arrive.
I ordered the Quesadilla Burger, and it had clearly been sitting under a heat lamp or reheated, as the cheese was fused to the plate. However, once I got to it, the food itself was actually decent.
The highlight of the visit was definitely the value. You really can’t beat getting an appetizer and two entrees for $25. On top of that, they offer a 10% military discount, which we really appreciated. Our waitress was very friendly and kind, even if the pace of the meal was a bit off.
The Bottom Line: Mistakes happen, and while the timing wasn’t ideal, the price point makes it a solid budget-friendly option.

Its been a long time since I have been to Applebee’s specifically this location, I remember why we stopped coming here. The service is so poor. We figured we would give it a try for that OM Cheese burger-which was meh….as my husband said a burnt hockey puck, we had to ask for cheese because nothing there but burnt remnants of cheese. We waited 10 minutes to be seated and be acknowledge. I watched servers walk by and no acknowledgement of our presence, one girl who ended up our server was talking on her bluetooth ear piece most of the time. While staff smiled and was pleasant when they did engage it was like pulling teeth to get their attention even when seated in their section. I watched customer after customer come in and pile up in line, at one point 4 sets of people waited to be seated and noticed by staff who walked by. We had to tell staff they had a line for the manager to come out and seat people, one couple waited 10 minutes to be seated and left after almost 20 minutes of seated and never even being given drinks or seen by server. We walked in it was at 15% and at this time it was maybe 30% and no effort except for Paul to seat and approach customers. When we spoke to manager and I told him it was a big area of improvement, having been a server myself for 10 years, he brushed me off, yelled out “Good job Paul” and kept walking. Our server only came out after telling manager we barely saw her. He told us she was busy managing the bar too. There was one couple there who came after us. It was a lack of customer service and no effort to improve it even when brought up as an issue, food was meh and took ages, except for a table of teenage boys who had the server going by every 10 minutes or so, they didn’t seem to wait for food or have to ask for refills. It was just sad, I get being short staff and it being a Saturday, but there was no reason for it to be like this, except lack of caring. I won’t be returning and I can’t imagine many of the people who came after us doing so, when left 2 different families were still waiting on food and it was almost 30 minutes.

the male server in here on NYE was honestly trying his best, but the bartender was actively NOT making his drinks on purpose, as I overheard her saying that. Sadly it was taking forever to get drinks which take seconds to make. My kid didn’t get his drink for probably 10 minutes or more because the bartender was no where to be found. Then the food came out and our salad was missing the dressing, but our server was busy dealing with the attitude of the bartender when she wouldn’t make another tables drinks, and we could never get our dressing.

I truly could not wait to leave this place and I will never be back. you couldn’t get me to go back even if you paid for the food. when this place goes out of business, it absolutely should not be a surprise to anyone because this place is an absolute joke with mostly immature little kids working there who don’t take their job serious at all (except the male server who definitely tries to make something out of nothing, bless his heart).
