Went to get dinner for my wife and I and when we got their the employee taking the order was very rude and had just an overall bad attitude. Also when asked about anything other than burgers, fries and cinnamon I was informed by this employee that they did not have anything other which I verified that was a total lie by another worker there but when I asked for the employees name the other employee lied and told me a fake name. Just on first name basis but Joel lied about Michelle’s name. The only reason I gave 4 stars for food was because even with the negative environment that had no business at the time the food was still good and I have already went back to meet a whole new crew and the vibes they were giving off were all positive so thank you for that guys made me not as mad as I was and I will think about going back because I was only going back to give a complaint but the food crew may have made me think about giving them another chance.

Burger King is always a decent choice when time is running short.

I like the coke icey and soft-serve ice cream options.

That’s a bit of an elevation.

Burgers are always decent, not high end, but eatable. I enjoy the jalapeno options. Fries are ok. Nothing to write about.

How do you mess up an order. Extra onions is extra onions. I left the drive thru and had to go back to hwt my nuggets. How hard is it ro get an order right? Worst BK I’ve ever been to. Spent 30 + and the worst experience I’ve ever had.

Dinner time with my wife. $5 Whopper Jr special x 2.

Our story begins…. place our order. Get our drinks ho to far clean table cime back, not ready, get knapkins take to table come back, not ready, go back get ketchup packs and salt, not ready. Go and shuffle around waiting.
Meanwhile, Family comes in with 2 little girls, place order. I ambhovering around up near counter area, I start noticing things, food on floors, food on bench seats, table with food smears, crumbs, and stuff. Hear counter call out 2 Jr whoppers, I am 10 ft away, family with girls says it’s theirs, pull tray over to them, kids make a dash for a nuggets and fry. Oh, mom realizes it’s not theirs and pulls kids back. I’m not gonna take that food now. 2 minutes go buy, manager who took my order comes back up front and ask me what I would like to order. I told her I was still waiting on my order. She looks over and says “Oh, that’s your order….”. I nicely told her no way i was going to accept that tray of picked over food. The mother quickly says her kids did not touch anything, like i was blind and the little girl with a french fry in her mouth didnt exist. In a little huff, the manager carries tray away out of sight and made a new tray…I hope.

We have not been in this BK in a long time. With the newly opened competition in the area they should be trying alot harder and not relying on corporate ad campaigns to get them business. As both my wife and I think it will be a very very maybe never again time before we visit this establishment.

This puts a smear on all the other BK locations who do keep their stores, cleanlines, and service up to standards. .

Take forever to answer drive thru at night sometimes don’t answer at all, they’re always out of product and when I actually get my food it’s terrible, never had an experience like this with any other Burger King location.

Service was fine but for money spent seemed lacking in the flavor dept. – got the double when I should have stuck with the impossible burger – we learn – now we know!

Kevin was excellent. But this new way of handling the drive-thru is ridiculous, now the have you wait at the first window until you food is ready then they will cash you out and let you move to the second window. Then the food is incorrect, I ordered a 4.99 coupon meal for two. One sandwich was suppose to have tomatoes heavy lettuce and cheese cut in half. Get home and no tomatoes eventhough the receipt say it in plain black and white. There is always an issue with my order at this location.

6/29/25 around 12:15pm, there were only two employees working the entire restaurant. The two ladies were doing their best, god bless em, but I had to give up on placing an order. Was going to take them too long to get around to me. I don’t blame the employees at all, rather, I’m guessing this is a management issue.

Went in, and place was nearly empty. The first girl to greet us disappeared as I scanned the menu, and the other two kids behind the register kept their backs to us. Decided to go through drive through because no one was anxious to wait on us after about two minutes. In drive through, girl took our order then left us sitting there. My husband finally said,”Do we pull around now?” And the girl laughed and said,”Yes, to the first window.” At the first window there was nobody. After about ten seconds, we pulled up to the second window. There was no one there either. After a bit, a girl laughed and called across the kitchen,”Sir, can you please go back to the first window?” Grumbling, my husband said,”But there was nobody there.” We reversed and backed up to the first window. After paying, my husband complained about the poor service we’d received, and instead of apologizing she said sarcastically,”Happy Easter.”

We pulled up again to get our food and my husband told the next person about the previous girl’s attitude and she said,”I’m so sorry, sir.” She was a much better representative of this business. It’s too bad she has to put up with the rest of the crew of slackers.

This was Sunday, April 21, 2019, 2:55 P.M.

Finally, the double cheeseburger was dry and only had one slice of cheese instead of two.
