I truly hate doing bad reviews especially for a restaurant that I visit so frequently however today my pickup order I feel like was not checked whatsoever because if it was they would not have given me this. Also when I dine in I have never truly had an experience like this but this experience wrote me the wrong way so much that I had to voice my opinion. First my to go order was extremely slow I was looked over several times as I waited for my food which was only supposed to be 10 minutes that end up taking half an hour for $45 I got what is equivalent to a TV dinner and I’m not happy about it.

Service was great, food was good, but if you’re going to do pancakes, just stick with the regular plain ones. We tried two of the fancy kinds and it wasn’t that great. The Cinnabon cakes were waaayyyyy too sweet. It just was too much. And the double chocolate chips was the same. Eggs and bacon were solid and the price wasn’t too bad. The service at this location was excellent. Very team oriented, warm and nice.

We wanted to have a delicious meal with the whole family, but they served us a sandwich with avocado that had mold on it, meaning it was spoiled. They offered to replace it, but our appetite had already been ruined.
They also served pancakes, but they were cold.
I don’t want to criticize the whole place because I really like it, I just want them to take into account that the kitchen could work better.

First time here this particular location early on a Saturday morning our waitress was fast friendly and attentive but getting our food took forever and they weren’t that very busy our food was a very disappointment and let down for how much we paid as I really don’t frequent IHOP because I think it’s overpriced for what you get. Also ask for my bacon well done and I didn’t get that my pancakes that I got looks nothing like the pancakes on the menu and didn’t have some of the items on it like it was supposed too.

The host did a great job getting twelve of us seated in a timely manner especially after one young lady told us it’ll be 45 to 50 minutes of waiting. The waitress did a great job taking our orders for the second time after her machine crashed but overall the food was horrible. The pancakes were dry and the eggs had a glob of cheese laying on top and the steak platter was horrible. Please do better with cooking the food.

New and clean restaurant . It was full in the morning. I had chicken quesadilla which was delicious. Fresh strawberries cream biscuit is not as pictured on the menu. It didn’t have fresh strawberries but it was tasty.

We go there for dinner, i have tried everything on the menu, breakfast and pancakes are so good . Beef tips , steak , hamburgers and chicken all so good . Their cooks do a great job and the waiters are great , Never been disappointed. Great job

Had a breakfast with my mom here. What can I say about this place? The place is awesome, very clean and bright. Atmosphere is great, music playlist was excellent. Food extremely delicious. Our waitress, unfortunately I didn’t catch the name, was very sweet and friendly. Highly recommend this place. Definitely coming back here soon.
