Bad customer service … this guy was eating fries in the same area where they are packing the food and cursing at me … did not want to service me my food I paid for instead wanted to enjoy his fries … 10/16/2025 …. The worst I had to get a refund … eating and not washing his hands very nasty… the older manager lady had to come over to assist me ;she was nicer but he is no good

Hands down, the worst fast food experience I’ve ever had. Ordered on Uber eats, waited forever, then when it arrived, NOTHING – NOT ONE ITEM – was correct. Ordered two chicken sandwiches with cheese and mayo, minus lettuce.
Only received ONE sandwich, and there was no cheese, and brown, old lettuce.
Ordered two Whoppers with cheese, minus pickles and onions. Received one DOUBLE Whopper with cheese with old, disgusting meat and no veggies at all. Received one Whopper with cheese, soggy as hell, cold, and had pickles.
Ordered a Hershey’s pie, none was included.
However they DID include an order of cold, old French fries that I didn’t ask for.
EVERY ITEM was cold, soggy, and completely inedible. I threw everything in the trash, and asked Uber eats for a refund. They refunded me $7.
So I paid $20 to wait 45 minutes for nasty food to immediately throw in the garbage.
It’s amazing how places like this stay open, with such slack, incompetent employees.
What an embarrassment this store is.

The wort customer service i ever have, they treat you worts than garabe. I was checking they gave me everything for my order for doordash and the lady for the front was super rude and mean because i was trying to do my job checking she add everything i need.

Walked in at 10:27 AM October 11th 2025 , I asked for the all day lunch that they serve, which is the whopper, the whopper Junior or the original chicken sandwich, which is placed on the menu as all day I asked them I would like that for lunch. The lady flat out told me no because there’s only one person in the kitchen and I have to wait till after 11 or when they’re able to start lunch, so basically she’s telling me I cannot order food because they are short staffed that is not my problem. I am here to waste my money with you guys and you guys turn me away because you’re not employed correctly so now I have to drive down the street to McDonald’s

If I could give a zero I would. One freaking hour trapped in the drive thru line. There is absolutely no way the people working in there were making burgers. I will find the owners and I will notify corporate. This was the absolute worst service ever ever ever! Do not go!

It was fine. Average food and service. I went through the drive through. There were several men hanging around in the parking lot. No one begged me or approached me but I felt a bit uneasy with their loiterinh presence late at night.

All female staff keeps the women’s restroom locked & makes female customers use the men’s restroom that doesn’t lock. That felt very unsafe!
Also they were working in pairs instead of each person doing a job waited 6 mins as they waited on the food to bag the order in front of me before taking mine.
Maybe I could excuse taking privileges if you’re working hard at your job – but come on!

It doesn’t matter how many time I’ve tried to support this location it’s always been a problem with the food and the service like I just DON’T get why you guys just can’t get it right I ordered my wife and I both whoppers plane just cheese simple as hell right nope WRONG as always at this point I DON’T even want an apology I DON’T want more food just for that to be wrong as well like just get rid of the whole staff and start over or just close it down ASAP!!!!!!!
