I think I’ve just about had it with places like this. I used the self-serve kiosk to order and pay for my food, but the machine was out of receipt paper. When I finished my order, I had no order number or receipt.
When an order came to the counter, a person I assumed was a manager based on their different uniform, mumbled something and walked away. The bag had no identifying information, since there was no printed ticket or receipt attached. The person came back with a drink, which I assumed was mine, so I asked again what order had been placed on the counter. She mumbled my order and walked away again.
I tried to let them know the kiosk was out of paper, but they didn’t seem interested. It would have been nice to have a receipt for my expense report. If the receipt had printed, I would’ve had my order number and documentation. When they first brought out the order, I could have matched it to the number they called, picked up my drink, and been on my way. Instead, because the receipt roll was empty, I had to ask for extra help and was met with a rude response from someone who should have been ensuring this kind of issue didn’t happen in the first place.
What’s happened to customer service? Years ago, when minimum wage was $5.15 an hour, people earned far less but often seemed to take pride in their work and their role within an organization. Now it feels like no one cares anymore. When employees act like the job and the customers are beneath them, it makes me question why I should keep spending my money there. So I won’t. No more.

I’ve consistently had great experiences at the McDonald’s on Young Field, especially thanks to the drive-through team. Jaden, in particular, has been a shining star every single time I visit.

Accuracy & speed: Orders are correct and ready quickly, which is especially appreciated during quick stops or on a tight schedule.
Overall impression: The drive-through staff, led by Jaden, creates a welcoming and reliable experience that brings me back routinely.

If you’re in the area, I’d highly recommend visiting the McDonald’s on Young Field and giving a nod to Jaden for outstanding service.

Just went through the drive through and the guy taking my order cut me off after every item I ordered telling me my total like I was done and didnt even wanna finish my order, so just got home and my order is wrong so obviously he was too busy talking to whoever he was talking too. If you dont wanna work at McDonald’s then you shouldn’t
Guy with long brown hair and red nail polish in drive through, be aware of getting cut off with totals after every order and seeing told to first windows before your ever done ordering

Seriously!!!! 35 min in the drive through!!! Its always slow but today was so ridiculous. I won’t come here anymore!!! So crazy!!

I must say to my surprise that they indeed did rectify the issue. They sent me meal coupons and the drive through has been on point! Haven’t waited longer than 5 minutes and I’ve eaten there multiple occasions. Way to go! Thank you for addressing the issue!!

Ordered curbside, waited 10 minutes. Tried to call and got a dead phone line. Went through the drive-thru and received cold fries and burgers, didn’t get any condiments I ordered. They gave me an incorrect drink. Waste of money.

I frequently visit McDonald’s both as a customer and as someone who works there. About a week ago, I went there in the evening to pick up an order, and an older, short, gray-haired person whose gender I could not determine insulted me. I had warned them before, but they repeated it, assuming I didn’t speak English. They said things like “Get out of my country” and made other inappropriate remarks.

It is truly upsetting to see staff members behave like this at McDonald’s. I kindly ask you to take this feedback seriously and take the necessary action. I believe disrespectful people have no place in that establishment.

Don’t recommend this McDonald’s. Ordered through the McDonald’s app and the manager said we canceled the order on the app even though we didn’t. Then she walked away without helping us figure it out. And the worker that was helping us didn’t know what he was doing just paced playing with the cups and sauces.
