Absolutely superb every single time!!!!
Service is excellent and food is delicious!!! They have such a large selection of meal options, their smash burgers are phenomenal as well as their healthy options (deconstructed chicken kebabs is my healthy go to option). And the salad bar and fresh croutons are a staple!

The food was terrible there’s no way that anyone should have to pay as much as Ruby Tuesday’s charges for food that is trash. I got the soup and salad bar. The loaded potato soup was terrible, the potatoes were hard, the base looked like it was canned nacho cheese. My husband got the fried catfish and shrimp meal . Not only was the oil old, like they hadn’t changed it in a week. But the fish was so small and looked stale. It also tasted stale. The French fries were soggy with the old oil. We got the spinach dip and chips. The chips were covered in old oil, like they didn’t fry them correctly , or drain them; and again the old nasty oil. Our meal was 65.00 for old stale food cooked in nasty old oil. This place needs to be audited before they make people sick. The few pictures I took were my husbands food because it was so bad. His plate in the first picture is how he got the food. It was over 20.00 for that little bit of fish and shrimp. We will not be going back there ever.

Samant G at the bar was amazing! If I could give her six stars, I would. I’m on a long road trip and she made me feel right at home — super friendly, great energy, and fast service. The food was excellent too — loved the smash burger and fresh salad bar. Thanks, Samant, for making my stop such a great experience!

I had a genuinely great experience at Ruby Tuesday. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt welcoming and well-managed, but what truly stood out was the exceptional customer service.
Our waiter, Stephon, delivered service at a level that you don’t often see. He was attentive without being intrusive, made thoughtful recommendations, and ensured that every detail of our dining experience was handled seamlessly. His professionalism and positive attitude elevated the entire visit.
The food was fresh, well-prepared, and served promptly, which reinforced the overall impression of a well-run restaurant. It’s clear that both the kitchen and front-of-house staff are a team in delivering quality.
I would absolutely return, and I would specifically ask for Stephon again. His service alone makes this location worth visiting.

We usually go to Ruby Tuesday in Christiansburg, VA once or twice per month. This week we went twice and had fantastic food and service on both occasions. On Monday our server was Stefan. He said he was new, but he did a great job. This evening our server was Ruth. We’ve had Ruth as our server before and she is consistently excellent. Just wanted to recognize these two, as well as the rest of the staff at Ruby Tuesday.

There was a mix up with servers. The first guy was great. The second server,Ruth 1423, did not represent your brand well. She wasn’t friendly, acted as though waiting on us was an imposition, and gave us someone else’s ticket. My friends shrimp was hard and burnt. My food wasn’t the standard I have come to expect from Ruby Tuesday. I am quite disappointed for my guest from out of town and myself. Christiansburg Ruby Tuesday.

We got the unlimited soup and salad bar, which is a great deal for $14.99, However, there is an up charge for the lobster bisque soup which the waitress did not mention to us. We didn’t find out until we received our check. We said they should tell you about that and she said yeah they should. Not a good answer in my book. Did not tip the minimum of 18% because we got our own salad. We had to ask for a refill on soup and then discovered the up charge. That’s only an 11% Tip in my book.
