I usually don’t leave reviews, but I’ve been coming to Ocharleys for years! I usually come on Mondays for their Chicken Tender Special. All i have to say is, Natalie is the best! She always answers the phone with kindness and greets us with kindness with our order at our car. I order for myself and my kids and she always makes sure i have my extra sauces and everything is right with my special instructions! She is the best! Even if her whole parking spaces are full she never shows it! I cant recommend Ocharleys Mondays or her more!! I will definitely be back!

We recently had a life event in our family that brought my family together. O’Charley’s was very accommodating to our 30 family members. The service was excellent, and the waitress was even kind enough to take a group photo for us.
My only complaint was, it was raining outside, and a leak developed right over one of our tables. My brother’s family had to relocate to another table.

We haven’t been to O’Charley’s in over a year. The last time wasn’t the greatest experience. My soon to be 10 year old wanted to have his family birthday dinner there. I called at 12:30p on a Friday to give the heads up we would have a group of 20 at 6:15p. Instead of hearing “we don’t take reservations,” I was told “no problem, we’ll have you set up in the back room.” We got there a little late, but they had already seated our guests who’d arrived before us. We had one waitress, Charlie. She was attentive, kind, funny, and super sweet. The dinner flowed well from the time we sat down until we finished up. They have new items on the menu along with their staple dishes. The time it took and the quality of the food was so much better this visit. The manager came back several times to check in on us. I told him we do this for every family birthday. I told him how pleased I was with the service and food. He explained he’d just taken over that location a couple of weeks ago. You can definitely tell he’s putting in the effort to bring it back into being one of the favorites. We will definitely be back!

Food was good. We ordered the chicken tenders with fries and the fish and chips. The chicken tenders are real chicken strips that where seasoned well. The fish and chips were delicious. The fish was real fish. I included a picture of the flaking fish. The batter on the fish was not a super heavy batter either. There was no wait when we got there. Our waitress was fantastic. Thank you, Meredith. I would definitely come back when I am in the area.

Best grilled chicken dinner iv had from any restaurant around canton GA .the lady that delivered our food from curb side services was great and the cook needs a raise who ever they are fabulous. That’s saying alot coming from a picky person as I am. The services on February 11 2026 at 8.30 was fabulous. Thank you O’Charley’s for best dinner in a long time .

I heard about family meals from here, so we decided to try it. This did not disappoint! I ordered curbside, and I picked up in 20 mins. The employee was nice. She brought out two huge bags. She said she also separated all the hot items into one bag and cold items to the other. Little things like that do not go unnoticed, so thank you. Pictured is the chicken tenders’ meal, which feeds four to six people. You get a choice of two sauces for the tenders. Next is your choice of two sides. I choose the salad, with two dressings and mac and cheese. The meal comes with 6 rolls and butter as well. Everything was delicious and packed with care. With our family of three, we had a lot leftover. For 42$, this is one of the best family meal deals. Run to your Ocharleys and get it!

Can’t go wrong with O’Charleys! I absolutely love the honey chicken. Broccoli was cooked and seasoned to perfection. Mashed sweet potatoes really hit the spot. Spinach dip was tasty too. All around really delicious.
They do need to call a maintenance man. The restaurant was suffering was leakes everywhere! Buckets everyone to catch them.

The rolls are to die for and they have the best waitresses we know in the area. The food is delicious amd we give this establishment 10 out of 10. We had dinner at another restaurant about 1/2 a mile away and we came back to O’Charley’s to enjoy a great meal. Thank you for such great food and amazing service.

I realize the entire Ocharleys franchise is failing, but let’s just save face and shut this one down. We’ve dined in store a handful of times the last 6 months and the place is depressing. No crowds, slow service, no music, and no manger walking around. We also experience an issue with almost every take out order we place. I joking asked my husband if we should “give them another shot” tonight and the rolls we received were laughable. Literal rocks. I called and spoke with Ryan and told me “sorry”. I would have at least offered to replace them so we could come get a fresh bag. Sad to say, we won’t be back and can’t wait to see what the build in its place when the day comes to close their doors.

I usually don’t give poor reviews but our dinner experience last night was bad. The server was mostly absent except to bring food and our check. Several of us ordered burgers and they honestly looked like BOILED school burgers. They were thst Gray color that boiled hamber meat looks like. I would not be surprised if they were cooked earlier in the day and then heated up in the microwave. There is no way any of these burger patties had touched a grill or even a flat-top. Burgers are too simple and cheap to make this poorly. Definitely won’t eat here again. Too many other BETTER options.
