I did an online order food was old and tasted sour I paid extra for strawberry lemonade and got watered down nasty fruit punch my kids chicken nuggets were old and wrinkled. Door dash isn’t refunding my order, or making it right… and no one answers the phone at this location terrible I will never eat from here again

Went a week ago to get food for me and my grandkids. Get to drive thru person says hold on as I sat for minutes with him never returning to help me. I then go inside everyone looking like they are 19 years old just goofing off and talking. Person took my order got it wrong gave me all the wrong burgers I realized once I got home. I asked for fresh fries and they was cold the burgers old and dry bread tasted stale and my grandson said his nugget tasted old we threw it in the trash will never eat here again just Nasty!!!

I stopped in with a child I mentor before going to a Christmas event down the road at Coca-Cola Park. I’m not even exaggerating when I say we were seconds away from walking out. We stood in front of the counter for 5 entire minutes. Employees were in the back. No one acknowledged anyone who walked in or gave a time period of when they’d be with you. Just filling online orders and having personal conversations, some of which were NSFW. I was searching for a kiosk to order on and googling if this Wendy’s was online order only. Finally someone took our order. She was super apathetic and did not seem to know what was on the menu. My little and I both ordered sandwiches, no fries, sodas, and frosties. We both received fries, and my frosty came out an additional 4 minutes after the rest of our food. The 2 orders came in after us, but they were placed and being made and she was just standing at the counter staring at me awkwardly. She finally asked if they were almost done with it and someone from the back asked if I even still wanted it. I was so annoyed but all the employees looked to be 18-20 and didn’t really seem to care so I saw no point in complaining or asking for the creepy greasy looking manager on duty.

I came for an online order and some lady took it. These people hear made it right for me. Ive been to a different Wendys where they just leave you screwed over so this is why i give this one a 5 star. This is the Wendy’s to come to. When the chips or down they make it right still, thats real customer service. Thank you everyone.

Always forget something…. flatware, straws, napkins, even things in your order. Staff are rude kids who simply don’t care. I’m finished with this location.

The food does not look as advertised. It’s always disappointing. They could easily use the green leaf lettuce as advertised and put on the 2 pieces of cheese top and bottom of burger as advertised

I used to come here always for my kids but i stopped. Two times around 6 and 7 pm on a WEEKDAY they told me the drive thru is closed. No explanation of why and just saying ure welcome to come inside for ur food. If i wanted to sit a any restaurant i would pick a better place.

We were the only ones there at the time. Took over 10 minutes. Burger is overcooked. Cheese isn’t melted. Nuggets weren’t fresh. Fries weren’t warm. I keep coming back to this one out of convenience but I think I’m done giving them a chance. Every single time the service and the food is abysmal.
Also the staff are borderline rude. They don’t say a word when you hand them money. Don’t say anything when they give the card back. Don’t say anything when they hand the food. It’s a wonder how this place is still in business.

The food may take a little longer to prepare, but it’s definitely worth the wait. The workers are always super friendly, patient, and welcoming, which makes the experience much more enjoyable. I’ve never had an issue with my order being incorrect, and the food is almost always served hot, which I really appreciate. It’s clear the staff puts in the effort to make sure everything is right, and their positive attitude really stands out. Overall, it’s a great place to order from, and I always leave satisfied!

Worst Wendy’s ever. Always check your order. Always a long wait to get your food! They stick a tray out the window to manipulate the timer to make it seem like have quicker service.
