I live in dewitt but I love going the extra few miles out of my way for a quick bite and quality service as I have had a few bad experiences at the one by my home. Asked to pull up past the building in the drive thru there for nearly 30 minutes one time with my grandbabies after school one day, had to get them out of their carseats and come inside and seemed like the girl with the glasses had forgot about us!! Much better sevice at this location, I will continue to make the trip

I swear please don’t go here . I ordered with Uber eats and was sent out uncooked bacon and hard as a rock chicken fries. Like why ? What human in they right state of mind sent this out . And for the manager that wouldn’t give me your name and yelling at me like your withdrawing I will find out who you are. The killer is they think you don’t have a vehicle because you utilize UE guess what I’m on my way . Lmao I have two !

I wish I could find a Burger King to write a good review about, this definitely wasn’t the one. I’ve tried more than once. I always get a cold whopper with non-melted cheese. It’s so disappointing. I’m not sure what happened to to this brand? They just can’t get it right anymore I’m not sure why I keep trying?!

The tiniest Burger King burger I’ve ever had. It tastes great, but it is very small. Compare it to the size of the box! I had BK at another location, and the patties were way bigger everywhere else!

I ordered 2 bacon egg & cheese croissants. I received sausage instead. When I returned to store for refund the Regional Manager was at counter whom stated it’s not their policy to refund money for their incompetence. Belittling the customer is the most deplorable action a person of that position could take. Not only will not dine at this location but burger king establishments as a whole.
Additionally having previously been a long time customer, this location is a lounge location for homeless. This is the only location that allows the homeless to use the bathroom and loiter inside. This puts patrons at risk for communicable disease transmission due lack of attention to cleanliness of the dining room.
Will follow up with corporate per the regional managers dare too.

The best egg-normous burrito I’ve had! Like ommmmmmgggggg. Yeah yall have to continue making my food like please and thank you!!!! Service gets 2 stars because the one order at a time is very ridiculous and kind of unfair. I’m not trying to be rude but it’s fast food service for a reason. Over the years it just seems like everybody is slowing down on their work in the fast food and if this keeps happening business is going to be lost! Yall have to do better.

This place is by far the worst burger king. I ask for fresh food and its always old. They smother everything in mayo and make it not edible. I have called and even went up there and talked to management. They still some how manage to mess up my food. They put so much mayo on my burger my wrapper is white. They are only hurting themselves by using so much food cost and losing customers. Will not be returning to this location ever again ! I suggest you spend your money somewhere else. The manager is Ann is she definitely needs to do better.
