I love steak and shake! I fly Pensacola to fort Lauderdale regularly and love to stop at steak and shake in Pensacola right before the airport. I don’t know why it’s taking me so long to realize that they have one here right at the airport in FLL! Absolutely love the beef tallow fries!

Remember when the $5 milkshake was ridiculously priced and best in town?
Well, here is what you get for $6.45 after the junk fees.
It’s very good.

Do not order from a person, use the kiosk. Ordering from a person will prompt a tip request which you should not give as they do not deserve one at least from what I seen.
They have the worst person calling peoples name out for orders. Blake = Black, and they called my name “egg.” Had to read the bag which had my name on it thankfully.
As for the food: stale bun, not enough mustard, pickles were sub par and was unable to bite a piece off.
Making sure to bring the concessions contract with “Lauderdale F&B Partners” at the next county commission meeting I’ll be attending. The prices seem extremely higher than the mandated street price markup.
Just like the airport this place is too crowded not enough seats and always delayed.

The ceiling tile fell to the floor while in line, water splashing us. I think the ac unit must be above and water leaked causing the tile to fall. It looks like it occurred previously as you can see in the photo they covered a cash wrap with plastic. The employees were un-engaged other than screaming customer names to pick up their order. The place was unclean and you would think that if the kitchen preparing the food was open to customers that the preparers would take extra care but no. I almost asked to cancel my order and get a refund. The stacks of buns were insane and burger was visually unappealing.

Highly recommended. This feels like the only restaurant in Terminal 3 with reasonable prices—got a burger and fries for under $10. There were only two employees working, so there was a bit of a wait, but my burger was decent and definitely worth it for the price.

First time trying Steak n shake and my emotions were a mixed bag. The wait time was atrocious, at least 20 minutes given all of the people who ordered. Most people seem to order on the kiosk in front so you may as well order from the kiosk and save yourself some time. I ordered some double cheeseburger that came with bacon, some fries, and an Oreo shake. The Oreo shake caught me off guard because it tasted great, and I wish that I had gotten to try the kit Kat shake. The burger that I got had tasted wonderful, although the bacon in the burger stood out to me more than the beef. They didn’t skimp on the bacon and the bacon was fried nicely so with my hunger in mind, it felt like I was eating a burger prepared by Gordon Ramsay (I’m also easy to impress). The fries were good too, your standard fast food fries. The prices were actually pretty good for an airport, at least compared to the airports up north. Seriously though, they gotta work on those wait times.

Great place to eat and The establishment offers a delightful culinary experience, with its food selections being particularly noteworthy. Patrons consistently praise the quality of the dishes prepared. Furthermore, the customer service provided is frequently highlighted as exceptional. This combination creates a very pleasant dining atmosphere for all who visit. It is a place where both taste and hospitality are highly valued.

This is such a horrible place to eat. The wait was about an hour. The person taking the orders looks miserable. The burger patties were so small. Nothing like what’s pictured. The buns did not taste fresh. Avoid this restaurant!

Shakes are good, fries are fine, burger – the patty is cardboard, but the pickles help. Way better than the honey chicken at the Asian place next door though.

Very Busy. Seems like the cashier was super tired or worn out that time.
Great deal for a set of chicken fingers and fries.
Skinny fries were crisps! Love those types.
Chicken tenders were worth the wait and haggle to get through the crowds.
