If you are trying to miss work and need to be sick I would recommend eating at this Dunkin!! Breakfast sandwich had hair melted into the cheese and frozen coffee was not mixed at all. My 10 year old sister could make a better sandwich and better coffee.

It’s just a Dunkin but this one is managed well. IF you get there early, there is a good selection (no they never make the donuts there anymore). Today the staff was friendly, the donuts (doughnuts) were fresh and no finger prints in the icing! So many will throw frosted donuts in a bag and the icing gets all messed up. This one handled the donuts respectfully, they were very nice and the wait was minimal. This fist was a walk-in, I never suggest the drive thru.

We were visiting from Jacksonville and placed an online order. We arrived within 5 minutes of placing the order to see the drive thru wrapped around the block and a line inside. My order was ready! The staff were friendly and attentive and the order was accurate and delicious. Super impressed with this location.

Morning and a boy handling the drive through handed out the completely wrong food: I ask for sausage egg and cheese corssiant. I got a bagel hard as a rock, not cut. I ask for a dunkalatte with caramel and French vanilla with cold foam. I didnt get cold foam and barely any expresso in my drink. That boy has terrible service. I use to work at dunkin and I get that it gets busy especially in the mornings but orders were read and sent out the window correctly. Do better. If a fast pace job isn’t meant for you, dont force it and ruining everyone else’s breakfast.

Odyssey was AMAZING! So polite and respectful, went out of her way to give us knowledge and she custom made our drinks until they were perfect! The coffee, sweet tea and donuts were fantastic. We will definitely be back if we’re in the area!!!

I went through the drive-through on a Friday morning and they gave me the wrong drink. I was on I four before I realized that they gave me the wrong drink so I called the store and they took my name and I told them I would be back the next morning and they said they would replace the drink. I got there Saturday morning and they told me because I didn’t have the name of the person that I spoke to,( which she never gave me) they couldn’t help me. I was actually going to buy donuts while I was there, but I just walked out. It wouldn’t have been bad if the drink that they gave me, the pumpkin spice signature latte, actually tasted decent. I frequently stopped by to get their caramel craze signature latte however I will not be stopping at this Dunkin again due to poor customer service.

This place is really a joke. I started patronizing them because I got away from Starbucks their prices seem reasonable. I started ordering avocado toast and on one occasion about 6 months ago had the avocado frozen on the toast They reimbursed me on the product. a couple times after that I got it and it was over done with the avocado. I decided to try another product which is a grilled cheese sandwich on sourdough. Well come to find out on Avalon Park and at the location at this location in Lake Mary they give you the grilled cheese with only one side done on the toast. I then proceeded to ask at this location on Lake Mary to please give me the grilled cheese toasted on both sides.(Have you ever had a grilled cheese sandwich with it only toasted on one side?) I told the manager who was attending me this information in the drive through when I got my grilled cheese only one side of it bread was toasted. I tried to get a hold of the district manager and chase him down and went to several locations and they told me he just left He went to the other location like a fool I was running around after him and leaving my numbers at these locations and to this day he has not called me back. The district manager as well as the managers at these locations are incompetent and I guess I will have to take my business elsewhere. Place is just okay. Nothing special. Now I will say this their donuts tasted fresh at 330ish pm. Lately, other Dunkin Donuts have been much to desire later in the day. There was no fresh hot coffee. Ummm…the two kids working did a great job, but I still think there should have been an older person there. Someone to tell them to cleanup the equipment and spills. The coffee station looked like a war zone.
