the food isn’t that good and the workers always seem a little upset that you are there. which to be fair is pretty understandable given they have to work at a jack in the box. the bacon and swiss buttery smashed jack is pretty alright sometimes and is the only reason i still go there, but with the crazy high price of fast food now its just not worth it.

There was a sweet younger girl of asian descent she was very attentive polite and gave me fresh hot food, she didn’t have much help and still held it together calmly. I think she deserves a little raise and I hope she sees this.

I love when people take things out of context and think that you’ve done something wrong… The person at the drive-through window heard me yell in startlement at my dog because she stuck her wet nose in my ear. No one wants a cold wet dog nose in their ear when it’s only 45° outside, am I right?
So the sour/angry little face of that drive-through gamin was not appreciated in my head as a way to start out the day.

I don’t like leaving bad reviews. However if you deserve it then thats what you get. Today i went to have my favorite breakfast sandwich the #27 and as i bite into it. I immediately notice i have an overcooked hard egg. I dont care what the policy is. If you won’t eat it, don’t give it to me. I’m ashamed of Jack in the box emplyees and Jack for doing this. Might be a min before i return to this location for breakfast.

VERY WEIRD. As I drove up to the pay/pickup window, an employee stuck his hand ✋ out the window for me to stop which I did. About 3-4 minutes later, he opened the window and waved for me to drive up. ALSO, This was the second time they’ve stopped me in the drive through at this location.
Got to the window, Paid, got the bag and left. I later discovered that they didn’t give me a spoon for the teriyaki bowl! Very inconvenient.

If is very awful, when you pick up order for online it isn’t very easy as advertised, it was extremely very difficult because some customers can’t pay with cash at the checkout to pick up the online order. Not everyone knows how to use card. The manager should of price adjust the item to match the online order offer. So no hassle but didn’t. Not easy to work it was very difficult. Nope. Starved for lunch.
