This location fails to ever completely fill the cup with the specified drink. Today was among the most egregious, with no other customers even waiting, I ordered my venti and received yet another coffee barely filled to the “That first sip feeling” line. Sad to see this as a reality, I only imagine this will happen to all companies across the board, less and less concern about the consumer.

I am standing in Starbucks right now I have been here 35 minutes for my door dash and my drinks. Instead of making orders for people that are not even in the building make the people who have been in here waiting. Slow service all the way around the table. Drive thru isn’t the most important.

Update I got my drink and it taste like straight ice it is terrible nothing brown sugar about this drink. I’ll never come to this Starbucks again.

Twice I’ve ordered something ahead, arrived 20 minutes after ordering just to stand and wait an extra 20+ minutes on my order and they tell me, “sorry, we’re out of that!”. So instead of trying to make something simial, calling my name or trying to find a way to let me know…. They wait until they notice that you’ve been waiting an unnecessary amount of time and then tell you, “sorry, we’re out of that!”. If you’re trying to grab coffee on your way to work, don’t risk it. You can order 30 minutes ahead and it still will not be ready.

Update : this experience was from the manager.
Update: 2 I called a sister location, to verify if cold foam came on this drink. They were extremely helpful and caring and listened to my concerns. If you can go to the Beechmont location. I would they listen and care and confirmed to make sure I wasn’t going crazy. Horrible experience here today. I always come to this location and I felt like today was the worse experience I have ever had. I’ve been in a hospice bed for 24 hours for 3 nights straight with my grandma. I come there to get my coffee which I have order 11 times on my app (I counted). This coffee is literally what I needed to get through my day. I just wanted to pick up and go. I get my drink and notice there is no cold foam on it. I tell the gentleman hey there’s no cold foam (I have ordered this drink 11 times) and he says there’s no cold foam on it. I said yes there is. The picture on like the app has cold foam and when you customize you can’t add cold foam bc cold foam is already on it. He storms to the computer to look just to prove me wrong when I know I right and says there’s system doesn’t recognize this. I am wondering whose fault is this bc I know it’s not mine. I was so embarrassed. There was no apology for this. This completely ruined my day as if my week hasn’t been ruined. I will not be going back to this location. Adding a picture of this as well. I truly am just in disbelief of the disrespect I had received. It truly means the world to someone when kindness is shared. I don’t think this location has any. If the workers don’t know how to make the drinks properly I don’t think it’s right to try to blame the guest.im also adding a picture of my drink order so you can see what drink I ordered

I dont know how it is they manage to do it, but EVERYTIME I come to this location they completely screw up my order. EVERY TIME. Doesnt matter how infrequently or frequently I go, theres always an issue. Doesnt matter if its my order or someone elses, they still screw it up in ways that are inexcusable. Making coffee drinks without using coffee, not adding ingredients that were paid for, taking their sweet time making one drink when no one else is in the store. Its actually insane to me they even have as high of a rating as they do. And if you ever do a food delivery order from here, just expect the recipient to complain. Its a 50/50 shot if not higher that there will be an issue. I truly have a hard time understanding how they can get away with such poor service. Especially for a place that supposedly champions quality.
