I just want to let everyone know that as I ordered my chicken minis a ROACH ran clean across the counter! The supervisor was taking my order and was scrambling to kill it as I was ordering my food. I was super shocked. And you know where there is one there are 100 more somewhere. So just beware that there may be a roach problem at this location.

It looks like Chick-fil-A is following the mediocresy of almost everything in the USA. You changed the chicken sandwich size, is not what it used to be. I will stop going to Chick -fil-A and hope that you close in the following years. I ordered a sandwich and and when I received it and checked it right there it was cold, I respectfully asked the manager if they could heat it up, he said they “didn’t have a microwave” but would remake it but when he handed it back to me the sandwich was still cold. I am almost sure he did not change it and just tried to make it look like he did.
