I usually go through the drive thru when I come to this location, because I’m usually passing by or just grabbing and going. I have been inside several different times and did not have a problem. I came through this weekend around 12 am(Saturday night/Sunday morning), because a Grubhub driver stole my order and I needed to come place another. The manager on duty at the time was very helpful and helped me with placing another order and helped me with identifying the person whom picked up my order as it was a different person then who they made their account with

Everyone that knows me know I very much love their food. I’ve been to many locations in Bmore and other counties and the location on the eastside of Baltimore, MD on Orleans street by far the best location no matter the time of day or night. I’ve seen how they treat homeless people as well !!!!! Good job Bk employees, thank you. Also most of the staff are high school students.

This place needs to hire people who can read and pay attention. I placed a delivery order. 3 things I PAID extra for were NOT included in my order. The bad part is, they placed the receipt on the bag that states the 3 things I PAID for and they still didn’t include them. They also didn’t include ketchup or straws for the fries and sodas, and no napkins. But taking people’s money and not properly fulfilling orders is WRONG!!! Never again!!!

This has been the absolute worst experience I’ve had with Burger King. I am not a breakfast person and was running behind on time. I pills through the drive through at 8am and the lady decides to lie and tell me that they don’t provide lunch in the morning and that’s for all locations. Bold face lie when Burger King is known for it. I go to Eastern Avenue and the location in Parkville and have been for years and never had a problem. She was rude when I asked her questions and avoided coming to the window when I had questions as to why I could not get lunch. This place needs to be shut down for this will stop me from eating at Burger King all together.

I would give 0 stars if there was an option. I honestly don’t review often, but this was much deserved. I ordered a BK melt with tomato and this is what was served. They did not toast/grill the bread at all, the onions went through God knows what they look old and burnt and there were no condiments on the sandwich… just disgusting….

I use DoorDash a lot and I spend over $40 anytime I had ordered and some how they always forget 50% of my order it never fails this store suck you should be able to choose a store 0 stars for me
