I’m traveling for work, and when I’m near a Culver’s, I eat there!
I came to Indiana from southern California today, and after getting checked in to my room…..came straight here! (No Culver’s in California)
The food is delicious. The cheese curds are awesome!

I took my grandson’s to Culvers for dinner. I decided to go inside to eat. The boys loved it! Especially the ice-cream. I showed my son the pictures and he quickly said… wow, you took them inside to eat!!!! I love it that I gave them a special lunch at Culvers!!!!

Everytime my wife and I go to eat at this Culver’s location we always have something wrong with our order. Every time I try to come back thinking maybe it will be different I am always disappointed. Also the front end staff are always a mess. No organization or uniform from any of them. Management should keep their eyes on them. Before it reflects back to management itself.

Routinely messes up the order in drive thru resulting in having to drive back.
Tonight only had 1 entree in bag and it was not the correct one. 2 other entrees missing completely. My wife even asked them to verify everything was in the bag and they did. But it wasn’t.
I tell my wife to check it before leaving every time but she doesn’t and they always mess it up.

Placed a curbside order at 6:20 and arrived at the time it was supposed to be ready. Tapped the Im Here and then went inside to pick up at the counter anyway. I checked in and gave her my name and she said they were “just starting” my order. Stood there for 17 minutes while at least 8 or 9 employees (manager included I’m guessing) hung out, joked around, and made awkward eye contact with me. My order was just two items and the restaurant was not busy. I finally gave up and asked for a refund and the girl behind the counter found my items just sitting there. The most incompetent and immature group of people working fast food.

I ordered curbside and watched as 5 people got their orders VIA curbside. I went inside after 25 minutes of waiting for someone to bring out my order, and yes it tapped the “I’m here” button, not just once either. I walked inside and my order was still sitting in the ice box with no receipt attached, nowhere ready to be brought out. It’s ridiculous because this isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with this location. Every order has something wrong. Probably time to find another ice cream shop.
