I didn’t get the workers name on 8-27-25, but I want to say the customer service was amazing.
I didn’t even need to ask for a fork because he already knew I needed one.
Also in my mobile order I asked for 13 sauces and I got exactly 13. My nacho was definitely well made with my other 2 items.
I have no complaints what so ever.
He even told me congratulations that I was pregnant which also makes me appreciate the well prepared food because a pregnant girl has cravings. 1000/100!!

VERY LONG HAIR IN FOOD Incredibly rude staff and horrible preparation of food. The person working the drive through didn’t ask us what size we wanted she just made them large. When we pulled up to the window the older lady had a HORRIBLE attitude the entire time, rolled her eyes and slammed the drive thru window when I told her I asked for no ice in my drink after she filled the cup with ice.

Food was fine. It’s taco bell. Service however was INCREDIBLY SLOW. It wasn’t even that busy and they took forever for a fairly simple order. I wouldn’t go again

Truly a hit or miss. I have had great experiences here and I have also had bad. Unfortunately this is a place you will always need to check the bag before leaving. More times then not, I have missing items after going through the drive thru. The food however is typical taco bell and tastes good. I’ve never had an issue with the food taste.

Every so often I get taco bell so vile that it makes me not want to eat it for at least six months. This is one of those occasions.
One of the employees told me I needed to order at the counter or at one of the two kiosk locations….one of which I was actively inputting my order into. When I turned around in surprise, they said “you can also do it at the kiosk there.” This should have been an omen of things to come..
It took 20 minutes for the staff to make three double decker taco Supremes and a 7 layer burrito. I’m not sure how they managed to make a burrito with seven different ingredients taste like it was made from cardboard…but they did it.
One of the taco wrappers had sour cream on the outside of it, not sure how this is possible in a supposedly clean and maintained food prep area, but here we are. The other double decker taco had the hard shell so crunched up, I should have just ordered a soft shell taco supreme with beans… because that’s basically what I received. You order a double deck taco for the feel of the smooth soft shell on the outside, with the amazing crunch of the hard shell inside reinforced by the beans in between the two. It’s like building a house with a pleasing soft exterior, without any stable foundations to hold it all together…it just doesn’t make sense. I was so disgusted and disappointed that I didn’t even reach in the bag for the third taco. One of the employees could have put a check for $1000 inside or the instructions to synthesize a cure for lung cancer…I’ll never know because after eating the burrito and 1 and a half of the tacos, I just wanted to drive home on I-94 and reevaluate my life choices.

Had been here before in the evening on several occasions and service was terrible. They have even given us the wrong food, or missed giving us certain items that we ordered.
The staff has been rude or just dancing with the worst social skills I’ve ever seen in this type of setting.
On this day we stop for a quick lunch and gave them another try.
The service was way better! Even though the staff still seemed a bit aloof… The young man at the counter was inviting, pleasant, and fairly professional when it came to serving the public.
They took our order right away. It took a while to get our food, but when we got it, it was correct with nothing missing.
Maybe the day shift is just a better team, but I can’t come back here in the evenings or use the drive thru.

I got some lunch from here today, and this may be the most disgusting food I’ve ever eaten. Everything tasted GROSS. Like the chicken even had this weird rubbery skin. The smell alone should have been a red flag enough for me to return the order.

I’ve only ever had amazing experiences from this location but tonight was hands down one of the worst services I’ve received. I had ordered our usual chicken meals and was met with steak. We do not eat red meat at all. My dasher had asked if the substitution was alright and I responded with the same explaination. Upon opening my order and looking at what we got, I proceeded to call Taco Bell. I had asked to speak to a manager on duty to see if we could just bring the food back to the location to have it be remade. The person who answered had claimed to be a manager but absolutely REFUSED to tell me their name after my asking multiple times. They had told me it was not necessary and was extremely hostile when I had kept asking why I wasn’t allowed to know their name. Highly unprofessional and behavior was nothing short of childish for a “manager”. They had argued with me about how if my food wasn’t correct to just contact DoorDash Customer Service and they would take care of me, but the whole time I had heard laughing in the background. It could have been a very simple fix and I even offered to drive up there with the food. This “manager” was so combative over the phone that I doubt it would be safe to show up anyhow. Whoever they are definitely needs a refresher about keeping business for their paychecks sake.
