Corporate was there and we were asked to do a survey, however it didn’t print well enough on the receipt to scan the qr code. I figured a real review might be better. The food was fast, fresh, and everything was accounted for. We were very satisfied with the customer service and everything tasted great. Definitely will be coming back to this location. (Forgot to mention I always do mobile orders. Its way easier than dealing with the AI menu)

A.I. is soooo stupid. The screen wasn’t working, so i couldn’t tell if it was getting my order right. And every time I asked to read back my order, it kept telling me to “move forward”. The only thing that earned this place more than 1 star was the quickness of my order and it was fresh, and the drive through staff were friendly. Kick rocks A.I.! And this is coming from a younger person who enjoys technology, but this is not it!!

AI stinks, AI ordering stinks. I’ve lived near this Wendy’s for all 32 of my stupid years on this planet, and there was nothing wrong with people doing people jobs. The ai has screwed up my order every time and there’s no way to fix it until you get to the window. There’s no freaking way that this is more efficient or less wasteful. The people who work here have always been nice and done their jobs well, I’ve had friends work here, like, if it ain’t broke. Don’t fix it.

I can in got 2 for 3 Sausage and cheese English Muffins, one was burnt and the other one hard. I know they on the value menu but come where’s the quality. Do better.

I have never tried the Wendy’s breakfast before and was super pleased at the quality of food and the flavor-fullness.
What is remarkable though is this particular Wendy’s has such nice people and such kind attitudes and when I ask for ketchup and it’s during a pandemic time they made sure not to touch my ketchup and put it in a bag and didn’t ask me they just made sure they created a system under which I was going to feel comfortable using that ketchup.

Medium lemonade No Ice looks like when you remove the lemonade. Cashier told me they’d have to dump out the whole lemonade when I asked for it to be fixed. If I wasn’t so tired, I wouldn’t have been guilted into keeping it.

They’re using AI of some sort to take the drive-through orders. It’s confusing, and then the human being who took the money and gave us. The order was not friendly at all. Plus, the fries were cold.
