Went for lunch today. They asked me if I wanted a pup cup for my dog! It made our day! The staff was super friendly. Burger and nuggets were just right. Fries tasted like old grease smells, but I will just ask for a new one if it happens again!

The past 2 times ive ate here sauces have not been put in the bag, why ask if you arent going bother doing so to begin with? now tonight i was the ONLY person in the drive thru and food is missing out of my order. i can understand if your busy and leave something out, but you had 1 person ordering no one else, i spent 12 years of my life working in the industry running full service-fast food chains. Its honestly ridiculous something so easy to do is messed up so much in such a short time frame, it takes seconds to check a bag when you have no one else in line waiting or ordering.

Typically I would give this McDonald’s a five star review but idk who they have working the assembly line now but they ain’t worth minimum wage I come here atleast 1-3 times a week and they usually perfect everything but on Friday December 12 between 5:00-5:15PM whoever made the $5 meal deal and mcCrispy deluxe needs to be booted to maintenance for alittle bit cause he or she literally only put a dime size amount of mayo on my McCrispy deluxe with the smallest pinch of lettuce and on the five dollar meal deal they decided they were just going to put a dime size amount of ketchup with a quarter of a piece of cheese and a 1/3 of a pickle (I asked for no pickles side note) and mayo which it doesn’t come with and my son is highly allergic to eggs so thank God I’ve always checked since the last time this mistake was made but yeah so to the manager I hope the time stamps help you out I love coming here cause it’s mine and my sons tradition but seriously whoever was working needs to get in check

Past 2 times I have ordered through the app SIMPLE orders I have sat in the curbside pick up for at least 20-30 minutes and end up having to walk inside to get my order. 1st time was a McChicken and the 2nd time was an ice coffee. They aren’t even sympathetic about it, or mindful that people have to be places.

I like to get large caramel ice coffee before 11am, because it’s only a dollar, but I also love Ice cream in it. They actually made it right here! I had to tell them how to do it though. I usually get it at the Trenton, GA McDonald’s because they don’t charge for an ice-cream. They usually charge for heavy cream cause that’s what it basically is

Disgusting old food that was 100% inedible. I worked at two McDonald’s and saw plenty of kitchen employees who were lazy or got petty and grabbed an old patty from a sandwich that had been sitting there for hours to be used. I looked away and tried not to start issues with my employees. I got sick for 24 hours just by eating a few bites. How you know chicken nuggets are really old is them having empty spots inside the chicken nugget which I added a picture of. How I knew the quarter pounder was old was the taste, then opening the sandwich to inspect it. The bottom patty was upside down where the cheese was located. They flipped over like I had seen at my jobs at McDonald’s. The cheese was hard and had bubbles in it which you also can see in the pictures. I have never tasted any of the food from McDonald’s like this. The taste of both were really strange. I was offered a free meal but I don’t want it because I got a door dash refund as well as a credit on my door dash account. I can’t believe people allow this old food to be delivered when you pay for fresh food. I will not go to any McDonald’s for awhile. I’ll just get nauseous and lose my appetite. Keep your free meal. A refund from them I should have pushed for. Inspect your food before leaving.
