For a rainy afternoon, they were steadily busy. Which is always a good sign. I love Mediterranean food especially chicken and so I do frequent a few spots locally, but have never been here. I ordered their half chicken, which came with two sides. I chose rice and tabouli salad, but did not like the tabouli salad as I don’t like parsley and that is basically what it was. The Chef offered to give me another side instead, which was very kind of him. I chose hummus. He also gave me pita bread. The hummus and pita were amazing!! The rice was good and the chicken was average. Give this place a try if you like a Smokey flavor. (They close pretty early in the day, also. They “didn’t have kabobs because they were closing soon, and the smoke is off” I stopped in around 1p.)

This place smelt amazing even from outside the restaurant, so I knew I was in for a treat. Sam the owner was so friendly, he made some great recommendations and the chicken was the best I have ever had! His homemade chili garlic sauce is an absolute must. Go and check this place out, you will not be disappointed!

Whoever is the person that said the food had no flavor had Covid. All the reviews kill that lie!

Oh Em Gee!!!! This was an amazing first time experience. I got the chicken shawarma sandwich and the taste exploded and sent my taste buds into ⚡️ !!! I highly recommend trying this place out. I honestly cannot think of a shawarma that tasted better than this.

I love it here. I work close by and this had become a weekly or twice a week spot. The food is authentic, flavorful. I have tried the shawarma plate and the Shish tawook. The zu sauce is the best sauce ive tasted. The staff is really friendly and always welcoming.

Literally no BS. I’m in the area for work. This is by far the best food, I’ve ever had…. Period. The value is incredible for the portion size. In my 10 day work assignment, I have eaten here 6 times. The quality and service has always been consistent and outstanding. I wish I could just pick up this storefront and plop it near me in Arizona.

Oh my gosh, where do I start? This place is definitely one of my all-time favorites! I just adore the food—it’s hands down the best in Louisville! Everything is always served hot and fresh. The owner is so welcoming and has the best attitude, which makes each visit even more enjoyable. Plus, the place is super clean! Keep up the amazing work; I can’t wait to come back!

This place is right by my work and has quickly become a weekly go-to. The flavors are amazing every time. I love the chicken shish tawook with tzatziki, basmati rice, and hummus—so satisfying and well balanced. The tandoori naan is incredibly soft and literally melts in your mouth. You can even ask them to add a layer of za’atar seasoning mixed with olive oil, which takes it to another level. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. Don’t forget to try the house-special ZU sauce for a few extra bucks—it’s totally worth it.

This place is fantastic. The family was passing through and noticed the strong rating and raving reviews. The entire family loves this place (ages 7 to 40s). We had the whole chicken meal and tried most of the sides. The chicken is the most tender, fall of the bone, and the charcoal rotisserie makes an amazing flavor. The rice was not clumpy and perfectly tender. The hummus was the smoothest texture and flavor of any we’ve ever tried. It paired perfectly with the fresh tandoori bread. Baba ganoush can be hit or miss for me, however this was fantastic. The sauces definitely compliment the flavors. The fries were made to order. We will be back many times. The service was also very fast so a perfect option for healthy food with kids. Bravo!
