It was my first visit. The chicken was a little dried out. I got the Carbonara with grilled chicken. It was a little spicy. It was good but not a favorite. My husband and grandson loved it and after what I left.

This is my favorite Piada of all time!! I really enjoy this Piada! Amazing customer service, great prices, great seating for people with families like us 🙂 Every time I come in, the employees are full of energy, they’re kind, and I see that every one here is such an amazing hardworking team. The store is very very clean! Don’t think you’ll have to worry about poor service either! These guys are great 🙂
I skip restaurant bathrooms, but this Piada always keeps them tidy and polished. The hallways are free of trash, compared to places like Chipotle where it’s like a tornado flew around them.
I been reccomended a lot of great items by the people helping me through the line, and they’re really great salesmen! I can’t resist adding on an extra drink or a pep stick, etc. Thank you for being my fav Piada!

Ordered two pasta, paid for grilled chicken and didn’t receive any grilled chicken on either. It was a simple order…… i do not recommend since it’s hard for them to follow an easy order.

Ignored for several minutes! Manager telling the server who ignored me, not to serve certain foods because it was over temp. The girl serving was rude after she finally acknowledged me. She moved on to the person behind me before I completed my order. She wasn’t wearing a name tag. Asked for double chicken, only to get a normal portion. Also the food bar was a nasty dried up mess!! I never make bad reviews, but that experience was terrible. Get treated better at McDonald’s.

Second time Coming to this location and the black haired white young girl is so rude. The first time I came she was rude and now the second she made my bowl wrong and was rude It’s like she has a attitude about the whole job then the “chef” or white coat guy is no better very passive aggressive they make you feel uncomfortable

I had a very memorable experience at this Restaurant. Because I had never been here before, I asked a staff member what they would recommend. They gave me a couple ideas of different variations of their menu so I could order what I wanted. The food was very good and it was nice and warm. The vegetable toppings were very fresh. The pasta was very good and you can tell by the texture that it was cooked well. They have curbside pickup and many people came and picked up their food while I was dining in. Expect to pay around $10/person. This varies based on what you get and what serving size you get, but it’ll typically cost around that much. This is a little more than I would prefer, but for the high quality food they serve, it was worth it.
Tip: ask the employees what they recommend! They know their stuff and can help you find something to eat.

Highly disappointed.. I loved this place was even there for opening day. I always recommended this place to people.(Beavercreek location.) This past time my meal was horrible waste of money. The noodles was hard, I asked and paid extra for sauce that I didn’t get. I asked for double bacon & chicken and had less then normal.. highly disappointed with the price I paid and didn’t get my order correct.

I took my granddaughter to Piada for the first time. We both loved what we ordered. I even ordered the avocado salad to take home, it was fabulous. The guy, Kyzer, that helped us and took our order was was so friendly, polite and had a great personality. Kyzer and the good food made our lunch very enjoyable. Thanks!
