This place was great! Enjoyed a very refreshing poké bowl and looking forward to trying some of the eclectic beer choices during my next visit. Atmosphere and service were both awesome – I was a fan of the dim lighting and cultural elements, as well as the chill music. Our waitress was very polite and helpful. Highly recommend, one of many great choices here in Deland.

The weiteres we had was extremely kind and helpful and welcoming. The ramen we got tasted DELICIOUS and the eggs that were in it were the best eggs I have ever had. The boba was extremely good as well and I definitely recommend the honeydew boba!!! I would definitely recommend coming here. The only reasons the food isn’t 5 stars is because I had a chunk on noodles stuck together but even that was cooked good and tasted good.

The Twisted Chopstick is hands down one of the best spots in DeLand! The food is always fresh, flavorful, and beautifully made. The sushi rolls are creative and packed with flavor, and the ramen is absolutely amazing — you can tell everything is made with care.
The staff is friendly, the atmosphere is relaxed, and service is quick even when they’re busy. It’s become one of my go-to places whenever I want great food and a cool local vibe. Highly recommend checking them out if you’re in town!

Sweet potato fries are exactly what they are . Store bought fries I could have made at home. Same with pot stickers. The rolls on the other hand were excellent and fish was fresh. Fan on patio was freezing us all out! Made it uncomfortable. But let me end with a positive note. Service was ON POINT!!! Super friendly and attentive.

Stopped in for an early dinner and loved this place. I had the Spaniard Roll and it was wonderful. My husband had the Teriyaki Chicken Bento Box and was also really happy with it. I had ordered a glass of the house Merlot and it was pretty good as well. The place was also really cozy and had a wonderful outdoor seating area. I wasn’t aware it was Happy Hour and so the wine was 1/2 off so it was only $2.50, if I had realized it was Happy Hour and would have had another glass! We will certainly return the next time we are in Deland.

This place was a one and done for us. We were being adventurous, however sushi is NOT our thing. We do NOT ever check the menu before we try a new place, we go in totally blind. It was VERY cold out the night we went, we thought maybe typical Chinese would be nice . This is NOT that place, and we are NOT hipsters… The sweet tea was good, we had the teriyaki chicken skewers with a side of rice. It was warm and filling.

The food was fine, the service (despite the restaurant only having a few tables with patrons) was disappointing. The restaurant and atmosphere gets the highest marks of the three.
Our server seemed rushed and since it was our first time we needed some help and guidance. She seemed annoyed by our questions and requests. Our drinks were never refilled after she initially gave them to us.
We would try it again, but maybe at a different time to get a different server.

I’m not a sushi fan at all. I go for my wife. They have a Korean bbq beef “sushi” roll that is delicious. I find I recommend we eat there more frequently than she does. Great food and service!! Gabby took care of us on our last visit and we never waited for anything. Highly recommend!

Catherine was our server and she was very attentive. Knowledgeable! The sushi AMAZING! Blew us out of the water and it has been a long time since we have had sushi that was worth talking about! Presentation Quality in the flavor was impeccable It is our new sushi place. Can’t wait to try the Ramen if you’re in town don’t pass this place up!!!
