The coleslaw to be honest leaves much to be desired. It’s a little too creamy and soupy for me. I’d rather just have straight cabbage with just a little cream, not a big fan of coleslaw soup.
The fries are good I do appreciate the crinkle cut.
Their sauce is world famous although from what I understand it’s pretty much just mayonnaise with pepper. I got the 4-Piece meal and one container of sauce was enough for me. I even had a little bit of sauce left over to dip the fries.
I do enjoy their texas toast it’s soft and moist and has that crunchy exterior.
The experience is a lot like Chick-fil-A where you actually place your order with a person. However I will admit that it was a little bit impersonal as I felt like I was just in a line and not really greeted like a human being. Did not get the feeling that the employees are all that thrilled to be there.
The price around $13 was pretty good for what I got. I might go back again but I may skip the coleslaw. If I do return, it will be because of the chicken and the sauce.
Cons: person at the drive thru taking my order clearly did not want to be there – no greeting and could barely hear them repeat my order back. I also ordered a caniac combo which should come w/ 6 fingers but only got 4 fingers. Also ordered a box combo and the portions they provided are laughable – just a pinch of fries? Also my Texas toast was only toasted on one side.
Other canes locations are better with portions and actually giving you what you ordered. Maybe they think they can skimp out on food for drive thru orders because they are so quick to get you out.
Very disapointed.
Service is great, drive through is efficient and fast though.
But y’all need to be more organized in y’all’s drive through and get employees that can actually hear what the customer is saying.
I asked for two box combos and a three finger combo for me and my family, the young lady repeated my order back to me, and it was correct.
Now when I got to the window tell me why I only got one box combo and the three finger combo. Where did the other one go???
Do better canes
