We went for the buffet. Jayleigh was a great waitress, checked on us frequently and kept our table clean, as it seemed she did this with all of her tables. She definitely made the experience worthwhile on a super busy night.

This is one of our favorite spots—we visit about 2-3 times a month. Usually, everything’s great, but tonight was truly special! My dog was so excited he bolted out the door when I mentioned pizza—he knows they give out treats at the drive-thru! The staff was incredible with him, making him feel extra loved. When we got home, the pizza was absolutely fantastic—nothing short of perfect! Huge thanks to the entire team for making our experience truly exceptional!

Ordered a personal pan pepperoni lovers and extra cheese can somebody please tell me whether my Pepperoni’s and extra cheese are I paid extra for a personal specialty just to get a regular personal pan one topping.. They made it twice I see no difference smmfh ..

Super nice staff! Even though they were busy, they checked in with me to acknowledge that I was there. The food was so-so but seems to unfortunately be the new Pizza Hut standard. The fettuccine Alfredo was super watery and no flavor. The taco pizza with cheese stuffed crust was blah. The chips were stale and there was maybe a pinch of cheese on it! The cheese stuffed crust had a little cheese, but there was a fold around it with just air so that was an extra three dollars for really nothing. The best part of it was actually the breadstick thing that we opted to get cheese on for the extra dollar, which turned out to have more cheese than all of the pizza or chicken Alfredo put together! That was really good, but the rest of it is not worth a trip back there for how much it was in being over $40.

Gave us a taco pizza recently without toppings and promised to make it right with up to 25$ of free pizza. We ordered again holding them to that and they still charged us again and did not refund the supposed free order. Either they’re lying or plain incompetent. Maybe both. This location isn’t what it used to be and should be avoided.

Got off work late and wanted pizza. Called and ordered a large thin & crispy cheese pizza with extra cheese. Person over the phone was very friendly and said it would be about 15 minutes. I arrived right at that time and utilized their carry out drive through window. The attendant was fast and friendly.
The pizza: Pizza was good, couldn’t really tell it was an extra cheese. Maybe it just lacked in extra cheese flavor that you expect? Not a lot of fresh pungent cheese kick. Sauce is that classic tangy but mildly sweet that you get from pizza hut. The crust was crispy around the edges, but the center was actually relatively soft. I prefer, as I say in most of my pizza reviews that I like a pizza that holds itself up. This was not one of those pizzas. Still good though. 7.0/10 overall.

Kennedy was a 5 star extraordinary employee. She was our hostess, server and checked us out. She was very friendly and helpful even though she was busy serving both the dining room and side room. We waited about 10-15 minutes to be seated by Kennedy finally. I’m not sure who was supposed to be the hostess but the cashier/drive through gal and the other server saw us waiting and did nothing, said nothing and there was only one table seated in the main dining room and three tables in the side room whom Kennedy was serving when we first arrived. No one at drive through window, no one checking out and no phone calls. Again when it was time to check out, myself and another gentleman waited 5-10 minutes before Kennedy came and checked us both out. Kennedy is a super employee and in my opinion qualified for a management position, while the other front staff seem to have a “not part of my job description” attitude. At least the one other server had one table and salad bar duties but could have at least said that someone would be coming to seat us after we had been waiting so long. The cashier/drive through gal on the other hand looked bored and uninterested in doing any work whatsoever. I rarely leave detailed reviews but I was so impressed by the way Kennedy handled many jobs while serving more tables, especially as it got busy and the dining room and side room filled up. She noticed myself and the other gentleman waiting to check out and came to do that as well. Kennedy deserves a raise, her cheerful attitude saved what would have otherwise been a disappointing dining experience.
