Today i went and got a #3 . A double quarter pounder with cheese meal. First its $14. 2nd they had me wait 10 min for the pleasure of throwing away this meal. Here’s why. When I got home all excited to make myself fatter, I opened up the burger box to find 2 of the driest, hardest hockey pucks I have ever seen on a burger. Then I took out my fries which was less then half full ( no, non fell out in the bag, the fatty i am looked). My drink was less carbonated then a can of Pepsi from 1990. So I ended up throwing this away. What a waste of $14. The owner should be ashamed. Now I have written a few reviews for McDonald’s and not once has anything ever changed. Let’s hope it does. We deserve better for our money.

usually when I come here (if) I do, it’s the night time & have witness several times an older gentleman, working talking down to the younger crew. extremely unprofessional. clearly management don’t give a crap as many other McDonald’s do a lot better than this!

Took half an hour in the drive through… Fully staffed…. 10:50-11:20. I was up for a wedding and grabbed a late night snack. half of my food was not in there I didn’t realize it until I got further down the road.

It took over 20 minutes to get through drive through for a happy meal, a cone, and a coffee. They didn’t have my wife’s coffee, and as an alternative offered a small shake with the immediate comment they can’t do more because of price (I didn’t bring it up, the comment was made immediately with the news.) I don’t know why they couldn’t have told me the machine is down at the pad, offered a shake to replace a coffee, or they can’t offer at least a large to match the coffee when I’ve already been waiting 20 minutes and it’s less than a $2 difference in the retail price. It was a happy meal for my kid and he ate one nugget and two fries and then refused. It was alsoissing the apple slices, which might have been the only part he would have eaten. This was a birthday treat because he usually loves it. Instead we sent him to bed with a snack cup with cereal in it for when he inevitably wakes up hungry. The only one happy about this trip was the dog with the ice cream cone. I wish I could say I was surprised, but this is unfortunately not my first issue at this location. Only go here out of desperation.

This place has a nice dining room and the automated ordering kiosk. But, my order was thrown together and crushed, making it a disgusting mess to eat. My order did not come to me no pickles. I get that they were busy and so not delivering food to the tables via the number placard you get at the kiosk. But there was no sign mentioning that so i waited around while my food got cold.
This place was hectic and besides the clean dining room, doesn’t have its at together for a McDonalds.

This place has gotten a face-lift and looks good. The wait times are good. A lot of improvement! Grab a meal to go and go enjoy the Bucksport waterfront. Just went again today and it was quick and fresh and hot! Very good improvement here.

6:30AM watched multiple try to go in and leave the drive thru. Waited about 10 minutes. Knocked on window, gave a gentle honk. Employee wandering around inside apparently couldn’t hear or see us. Handwritten sign on drive thru and door said open at 6. Called store and was like hey we’ve been sitting out here are you guys open? Employee was very lackluster and said they were the only ones here —ok are you open then or what? They gave no clarity and got testy with me. I was like ok they’re probably stressed. So I was annoyed but said ok well, tell your manager they suck, lol. Then they marched over to the window and were like well I’m the manager so I guess I do suck don’t I. Guess they knew where the window was after all…
