We don’t eat out very often but last week, I was very sick! We ordered from here using the Jack App 3 times last week. Their drive through line takes a long time (which is fine bc they make their food as ordered so it’s fresh) so ordering from home and picking it up inside the lobby was perfect. Our orders were 100% perfect. I didn’t make any personalizations to our order like no mayo or anything like that, but still, it’s nice that they get just the simple things correct, especially when you aren’t feeling the best. I feel they really cared to make sure there wasn’t grease all over the outside of the bag and our fries weren’t at the bottom of the bag when we got home. Just saying, the night crew did a phenomenal job and I really appreciated their efforts. Thank you evening crew!

I truly believe I got the worst food at this Jack-in-the-Box and I have ever had ordered six tacos today. My wife ate one I tried to eat one and a half finally had to throw them away in the garbage can they were so greasy that I actually got sick, hope you learn from this if you like good tacos, go somewhere else and buy them you’re not gonna get good ones here

I’m writing regarding a disappointing experience with my recent order of the Double Chicken Supreme Munchie Meal. The main reason I placed this order was for the promotional jibbie, which was advertised as being included. Unfortunately, it was completely missing from my bag.
What makes this especially frustrating is that I drove all the way from Chandler to this location specifically to get this meal. While I acknowledge that I selected the wrong location, I still expected the order to be fulfilled correctly—especially when it comes to a clearly advertised promotion.
If a promotional item is unavailable, it should be communicated at the time of ordering or the promotion should not be offered. Receiving an incomplete promotional order after going out of my way to get it was disappointing.

Dining area was clean and food was decent. I stepped in the restroom to wash my hands and it was not acceptable. Sign said it was checked every hour but I highly doubt that. There was tape on the napkin dispenser to keep it up. Restroom definitely needs more attention.

Assembled my burgers like garbage every time. Can’t get orders or sauces right for the life of them. Keep giving me ranch only and no honey mustard when I ask for honey mustard and ketchup. Also apparently can’t put mayo on anything when it was asked for on everything
