We ordered a Cuban to try it , surprisingly good but no pickles so they kindly remade it. Messy, indulgent but worth the taste.

Drive through was smooth & efficient during the morning rush. The attendants were very friendly & even gave my dog a bone shaped biscuit! Food was also great.

As I was in town for the weekend, it was my personal mission to try places that I don’t have in my home area. I came across Biscuitville in passing and the name and super cute exterior design made me stop and give it a try.
Upon pulling in I was excited to see the dual Drive-Thru as that always allows for a swifter process. Pulling up I was greeted by Alexis with a huge smile and warm “Welcome to Biscuitville!” I told her it was my first time and she became just as excited as I was. As I was a ways back from the main menu, Alexis provided me with a paper menu to review. Talk about good customer service! 5 Stars for Alexis!
Taking a moment to review the menu I decided on the Spicy Chicken Honey Biscuit Combo with Grits and Sweet Tea!!! Oh yes!!! I was ready for this experience..
Getting to the pickup window was super quick even though both lines were loaded with cars. The process they have in place is spot on and allows for a true in and out flow.
The Food:
The Biscuit was buttery and GOOD. Crunchy around the edges and soft in the middle.
The Chicken was well seasoned. Crunchy on the outside while remaining moist and meaty on the inside. The spice level was about a 2.5 out of 5 which is perfect for a breakfast sandwich.
The Grits… they taste like grits.
The Sweet Tea was a great pairing to the honey biscuit as it kept the southern charm theme. LoL! As far as flavor, the sweet tea tastes like Southern Sophistication and Everyday Charm. Not too sweet but just sweet enough.
I am pleased with my experience at Biscuitville and will def come back anytime I’m near one.

Hot fresh and delish. First time here, and today, it lived up to the hype. The fresh Biscuits are awesome! Especially with some honey! The loaded meatloaf was great. And I was pleasantly surprised! Apple blossoms were mini apple pies. Ultimate bacon egg and cheese on a biscuit.. yum!

The food here was terrible. I got the country ham platter. Nothing was fresh, the eggs were dried up and hard on top.
Everything was just piled on top of each other on the plate. Not to mention it was kids size serving.
The service at the drive thru was good but the food was disappointing.

This is the second location I went to after the first forgot to add my sausage biscuit to my order and then ignored me when i went back around to order it again. I came to this location, tried ordering a sausage biscuit, add bacon and cheese. There was confusion, and eventually I was told it would be over $7 which is wild anyways. I almost left but paid for it anyways because I wanted it. I drove home, opened it, and it is literally just bacon and a biscuit, smashed at that. The manager when I called kept saying she’s pretty sure she added cheese cause she made it. I was going to bring it back. But no. Got my refund over the phone and she ended the call. Just a bad experience with biscuitville all around this morning. Is it hard to get a plain sausage biscuit and add bacon and cheese at a decent price? Dang

This is the second time in a year where I’ve attempted to take my daughter to dine-in here and have been turned away & told “drive through only”. This wouldn’t be an issue if it was posted anywhere for drivers to see this (including updating the website to include this) but that’s not the case. Not only that, they have 2 people taking orders outside the entire time & they don’t say anything until you’ve gotten your child out of their car seat and half way to the door…when it was very obvious I wasn’t an employee when I got out. The service and food is never bad, but update your marketing to indicate you’re drive-thru only so people know that before getting out of their cars or driving to your location when they want to dine-in.

It was terrible never eat here. I ordered online to save some time. I park my car and as i’m getting out there was a lady that yelled at me saying we are only driver thru right now. I had said I had a mobile order and she said PULL AROUND THEN INTO TH SECOND LANE while walking off not even looking at me. I originally go around and park in the second lane and instead of telling me that I wasn’t in the right spot the worker got his co workers and laughed at me because i wasn’t in the right space even though his manager had told me to go there. He yelled at me making rude comments about my car and made me go around a second time and grab my food after me explaining the situation he says and i quote “I don’t care get out of my line” And too top everything off I open my food and it wasn’t even all there. i was missing one of my muffins and hash brown this is ridiculous never eat here.

Wasted a trip to this location, to find their dining room is closed, only to be referred to location down the road. If you can’t properly staff a location to offer Dine-In services, I’d recommend putting message on exterior sign at the very least to advise customers.

This is UNACCEPTABLE! Pure GREED. The customer does not receive a discount when the cost of inventory decreases, so why are we being charged a fee for an increase cost in inventory?
I surely hope this only applies to shelled eggs, which you have to specify when ordering.
