Wonderful breakfast spot we discovered not far from Henderson. Service was great very helpful on the menu on what we wanted. Honestly everything sounds delicious so we try a little bit of everything. Definitely have to come back for the dinner menu. Atmosphere is nice got that nice country feel.

I could not in good conscience rate more than 4 stars. Perhaps should be only 3. Partially because I just came back from a trip in Lexington Kentucky and had 3 days of exceptional beef brisket BBQ. In comparison, Biscuits and Bourbon’s brisket was dry and tough. I picked beans and corn for sides, which was decent. BBQ sauce was mediocre.
The setting was nice and service was friendly. Just the BBQ wasn’t quite up to expectation.

My husband and I truly enjoyed the entire experience at Biscuits and Burbon. We tried the hash and chicken & waffles which were both mouthwatering! The biscuits were drenched in butter and the honey bourbon butter, as well as the cinnamon butter were both delicious! We will be going back on our next trip to Vegas!

Hollywood was our server and she was an absolute delight. She was training Hunter, and he was doing great! The food was good. I had the pork belly and fried green tomatoe eggs Benedict. The hollandaise was perfect. The eggs were just a hair under but still yummy. The biscuits are not what I’m used to but were very buttery and moist flaky interior and crunchy exterior.
My partner had the chicken and waffles and fully finished his plate. We were warned that the portion on that was a bit on the smaller side but he said it was very filling. We had a starter of the bourbon candied pork belly, and it was delicious but also a touch on the smaller side.

This place is great super down home cooking!!! It was so much to choose from as well but I ended up getting a bacon egg and cheese biscuit sandwich and a side of scrambled eggs with cheese and a waffle with a side of apple jam I think it was those biscuits was a little crispy on the outside and super soft in the middle and I don’t know if the biscuit complimented the bacon egg and cheese or the other way around it was so good took me back to my younger days spending the night with grandma and waking up to her cooking a biscuit sandwich like this and that waffle with that apple jam was amazing if your ever out in Henderson you should stop in and grab a bite

Always such a great experience, I have only been there twice. I went around Xmas time when my kids came out. We loved it then I wanted to try more of the food you guys offer..I got the smoked BLT with fries and I also got street corn which is all so delicious ..I would definitely go back and recommend this restaurant.. service was great and friendly.. thank you for the great experience ☺️..

Great place. The pecker tacos were really good. Hubby said there were beans it ithat really made it taste good. BLT good. My only issue was their menu on line is so much better and does not match the paper one in restaurant. You would never know you can get biscuits all day and the sauces that come with them. Stacey is an excellent waitress. She made the meal great. Drinks good. Better if it was happy hour.

First time and it was GREAT!
We ordered the brisket Mac n Cheese for our two kids to split – it was so delicious! Personal preference addition to the Mac would have been for it to be creamier.
The biscuits are a MUST! We highly recommend the Honey Bourbon Butter for a whipped, sweet flavor AND the Garlic Rosemary for a savory butter!
We also ordered the Double Down (which easily feeds 2 adults) with the tri tip and brisket meal with the street corn dip and baked beans. We wish the baked beans would have had a little more sauce and less “chili” consistency.
Service was good, just would have appreciated more frequent water refills.
We brought our dog for dinner and they gave her a cold water bowl as we sat outside in the shade. Even though it was a 100+ temp, the misters and fans made it enjoyable!
