Nice atmosphere but the food was just ok. When we went the restaurant was full and there was only one server working the whole dining room. She did a good job for being the only one working but the wait was long.

Went to Buffalo Wild Wings with my family and we all got the traditional wings. When the food came out all of our wings were dry and crunchy as if they sat out for hours under a heat lamp. It was so unappetizing we couldn’t finish our foods and we’re big backs, and on top of that the service was horrible. The server didn’t check on the table so no refills even though there were only four other tables occupied at the restaurant. Will not be visiting again.

Cole at the bar was attentive and friendly but his drink making left a lot to be desired. I ordered a medium dirty martini and watched him make it. He only put dirty mix into the shaker, no gin, no ice, and delivered the drink 2/3 full. When I asked about it he offer to remake it. I again watched him make it. He placed ice and water in the glass, which is nice. He did put gin and dirty mix unit he shaker, no ice and no vermouth. He barely shook it and delivered the glass barely 1/2 full…..very disappointing. Needless to say I didn’t order another.
The Hatch chili burger was good, they were out of bacon…no discount for no bacon. The salad with grilled chicken was ok, net enough dressing and more dressing drizzled on the plate for decoration than on the actual salad.

Ordered pick up. App said your order will be ready at 5:40pm . It is 5:47 and still waiting. Time is important to a lot of people and it should not be taken lightly.
4/30/2025: nothing is right. Ordered food at 6:17pm, food be rdy in 20 per instruction. 7:06pm still waiting. Got food at 7:10pm ordered all flat, came out mixed. Paid for it also!

Every time my wife and I come here we thoroughly enjoy our experience. The staff is great and knows customer service. The food is awesome. We love coming here, especially on Thursdays. Last time we went Jeremy was our server. He was very cordial and professional. He deserves a raise!

The food was ok, but not nearly as good as the Gulfport one. We got apps and they forgot our cheese curd sauce. And I waited 20 min for my strawberry lemonade. Then we waited over an hour for our entrees! It should not take that long at buffalo wild wings. If you want buffalo wild wings do not go here. Staff is nice but incompetent leading to slow service and mediocre food! Go to the Gulfport one, it is 10/10 thank me later!

The food was Run of the mill but cooked thoroughly. We had their chicken sandwich, bone in wings, and sweet tea. They had a lot of space for large parties and a lot of different sports to watch. All of the employees seemed stressed and timid. Everything looked pretty clean except for the bathrooms. They look like they haven’t been cleaned in weeks. We arrive at 11am and they opened at 11am. I’ve attached photos of our visit including bathrooms. Please notice advertised sandwich verses what I got ( not chefs fault, they get what they get to cook).
Lighter note, they did offer a military discount and it looks like they sponsor a lot of local teams which I greatly appreciate. This was the only reason why they got 4 stars instead of 3. I also included a photo of sponsorships.

Asked for my wings to be saucey. They were dry, but my girlfriends wings were good.
The ranch cups were almost half full. WHY????? ugh

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! Greetings are obnoxious. Feels like you’re walking into a place where you’re not wanted or should not be. Odd management. Odd staff. There is a definitive reason why this place has a 3 star rating. Beware! As always safe travels and bon appetite.
