This is the most honest food review I’ve ever done! This is the best Mexican food I’ve ever tasted in my life. I am very hard to please when it comes down to Mexican food because it’s not my favorite but ever since I discovered Maria’s, I have gone every week sometimes twice bc I can’t get enough. The owner is also the only Cook. He takes his time to authenticate every dish and he deserves all the recognition! Job well done

I don’t know if it was, because it was Thanksgiving, but I was highly disappointed in this restaurant. The food wasn’t that good and the service was poor. I was asked if I needed a refill, but wasn’t brought one til I asked for one. The food gave me an upset stomach. No one came and checked on us til it was close time for us to leave. My son is a child and asked about ice cream. They were rude to him and even told him they were out. I will not be going back.

I am annoyed that this has replaced Jasmine Thai. there are enough Mexican Restaurants in Douglas already. Someone please bring another Thai restaurant to Douglas.
