I recently checked out The Parlor, and it’s easily one of the most unique dining spots in the area. Tucked away in an old warehouse, it’s been transformed into a vibrant food hall with a variety of mini-restaurants. The whole place has a buzzing, industrial-chic vibe that reminds me of a super trendy, upgraded version of the food courts we used to hang out in back in the 90s. We decided on Mob Grill, and I’m so glad we did. The burgers were absolutely delicious—perfectly cooked and incredibly juicy. The fries were a bit of a letdown, but that burger alone is worth the trip. The Parlor is a fantastic place to go with a group since everyone can find something they like.
We didn’t have any drinks, but the bar area looked inviting and was well stocked. The rooftop seating is a great addition, especially in good weather.
Bonus: free parking, although limited.

We went to Parlor OKC to celebrate a friend’s birthday, and overall we had a great time. We love coming here—the location is great, the options are amazing, and the vibe is usually wonderful.
We ordered pizza, elote, a fried appetizer, and banana pudding from several of the vendors, along with bar drinks (I had a Sprite), and everything was delicious.
Unfortunately, we did have an issue at the bar. The blonde bartender waitress was not very pleasant. She rolled her eyes several times when I asked for another drink for myself and for my wife as well. After that, we were essentially forgotten about—she stopped checking on us entirely, and we had to track her down to get service. She was short and rude during each interaction. It may have just been an off day, but it definitely stood out compared to the service we usually receive here.
We still enjoy Parlor—just wanted to share a heads-up.

Such a fun place to go! There were numerous places to order food and 2 bars. We tried several cocktails and sodas, all were great! We also tried several different kitchens. ALL the food was amazing! There is music playing and it is a family friendly environment. It is 2 stories, but has an elevator, and the 1st floor is wheel chair accessible. Highly recommend for large groups!

This is such a great spot for a night out. There are tons of different food options, so everyone in your group can find something they’re into, which is always a win. Whether you’re craving something light or going all in on a full meal, they’ve got you covered. The bar drinks are also on point — well-made, strong enough, and actually fun to order. It’s the kind of place where you can start with dinner and easily turn it into a whole evening hanging out. The vibe feels lively without being overwhelming, which makes it perfect for catching up with friends or even a casual date night. Definitely one of those reliable spots where you know you’ll leave happy, full, and maybe planning your next visit before you even walk out the door.

This was a fun little place to go. It was very busy when I went, but we sat at the downstairs bar and service was quick and the bartender was polite. I didn’t eat, so I can’t speak to food quality, but my friend did- she got chicken strips from the upstairs food court. The food was hot and a massive portion, and looked fresh. It was a busy Saturday night and everyone from the staff to the other guests was fun and friendly. Non smoking atmosphere, which is really nice, and it looked clean. I’m glad I went and may go back again.

I love the idea of multiple options under the same roof. With several restaurants and bars, there is something for everyone. We tried several options and enjoyed the space with friends. There are some great little areas to hang with your group in this trendy, industrial setting. They do have wait staff but they just would not come to our table. It was still great, you can serve yourself non alcohol drinks and you pick up your own food from where you ordered. They are decorated so cute for the holidays too♡

We walked in and heard the whole top floor singing in unison to a song, so yeah, instant vibe! The food was all really good and fast. My favorite was the “Pit Bull” from Montes Gourmet Dogs and the banana pudding from Rays Chicken Kitchen.

Monty’s Gourmet Dog is amazing… truly a Gourmet Dog. As a vegetaian, he was ready with the Veggie Dog and it was delicious and he also has a soy dog for those that need.
My friend had a Creole Dog with crawfish. She said it was very flavorful with a little New Orleans spice.
I don’t say this lightly, but MGD may have the onion rings in OKC
