Well, I had given them a one star, but if I could take the one star back and give them negative stars I would…. So I’ve been sitting here for over 20 min… finally ordered even though I was ready to order when I came in as my lunch break is very short… anyways coke was first flat and wasn’t even filled… I was the only not white person here… I felt I didn’t receive any help or made to feel that I even existed! I low key thought about leaving but was starving… hope the food is decent… they have such a random bunch of options that don’t even go together … anyways 10 min since I wrote this and still like I don’t even exist… I’m thinking the server is racist or something… I’m a bit annoyed now the people who came after me seem to be getting their food. I literally dunno what the hold up is I had a small pizza hahaha ok ya not coming back here… to sum it up slow, bad customer service, and sadly unorganized !!!
Updates. It’s been 22 minutes since I wrote the review I just got my food. The cheese is cold. The cheese Is barely melted , sauce cold, and it’s not Giordano’s… i’ll probably never be back for sure. Was hoping the pizza would’ve been worth it. It was pointless to send it back.
Another update! So the owner sends me a message, threatening me, instead of owning that a customer was unsatisfied with their service. A customer who has well over 2.4 million followers… Saying that I was trying to harm his business rather than taking ownership for the way he and the staff treated me and all honesty. I could literally blast them on YouTube if I really wanted him to be demented or if I really wanted him to have a bad review that was seen by several I could’ve literally went on social media the fact that he threatened me instead of apologizing for the trash service I could’ve went online and re-fix the service review however I’m not taking it down. People deserve to know that if you’re not a white person and you’re a minority, you’re gonna get treated like trash just like their food. Advising me laugh out loud no need to advise me. You’re not my Council.

I came for dinner with friends on a Sunday after our having adventures elsewhere. Service was prompt and friendly. I got the small pepperoni pizza. Refills were frequent. The food was good, reasonable prices.

Best deep dish pizza I’ve had since i moved here. Service was great by our server. She was a latina , forgot her name, sorry. But she made the effort to make us feel comfortable and invited and spoke Spanish and English to us. Missed that being from deep south Texas,RGV, where everyone speaks texmex or spanglish as we say. Best food ever. Strongly recommend it.

If I could give more than five stars I would. I chose to have my grandsons birthday dinner there because the pizza is good and they said they could accommodate all 14 of us. Well ,I cannot say enough about how amazing our experience.Was.they helped us decorate and they let us set up a gift table and everything. The food was delicious and our Server Lexi was amazing she took care of our huge group and didn’t miss a beat. We didn’t have to ask for refills and she was very attentive to us. Darren also made our experience amazing ! My 4 year old grandson had never had a birthday party before. Darren had the entire restaurant sing happy birthday. They went above and beyond to make his day special and we are so thankful for it. We will never go anywhere else for Pizza. Thank you That’s Amore.

We went to That’s Amore to celebrate a birthday, and they truly made it feel more like a party than just a lunch. Lexi was an incredible server—so kind, patient, and attentive with our large group. Darren, the owner, went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly and that we were well taken care of. They were extremely accommodating and genuinely made the experience special. We’ll definitely be back!

Great house made flavorful wings, great quality Chicago deep dish pizza. I love that Creole Creamery ice cream is available.
The only thing that i dislike is the floor is always lightly greasy; slippery when I walk. Not sure if it’s a different wax or cheaply mop liquid.

First time in the restaurant, and on a positive note, we found the food to be good. On the negative, the food was tepid at best, and it took a couple of hours to actually get food. Clearly they were overwhelmed by their success, and will need a great many adjustments to maintain a steady customer base.

I hate to give a bad review also, but the “new york pizza” let me put it this way walmart is probably more new york than this. I actually had frozen pizza that was better than this. I wish i would have read the reviews before and not just go by the stars. I would have saved $50 bucks.
