This was our first experience eating here. Was very busy on a Sunday evening but they seem to be able to seat and serve large crowds of hungry patrons. In all honesty the Summer Squash pizza we ordered was very bland and we didn’t really enjoy it. Staff was fast and friendly and we had not problem finding seating. It’s a bit odd because you order from the front and then seat yourself with a number to set on the table. We will be returning but definitely don’t recommend the Summer Squash pizza, thankfully good drinks helped us wash down the pizza that we ate. The Heirloom Tomato Salad was spectacular.

They’ve got some kinks to work out with service (who doesn’t these days) – we waited an hour for pizza with no heads up or update at any time during our meal – but if you’re patient (or if you get there early!), it’s worth it.

Ordered the margherita pizza and the farm green salad. The pizza was absolutely fantastic and very authentic to Neapolitan style. Thin crust, slightly runny sauce, flavorful mozzarella, and fresh basil. I lived in Naples, Italy for two years and it was hard to believe we found something this close to the pizzerias I frequented during my time there. The salad tasted very fresh like they just harvested the herbs and produce from a garden out back. If you’re a pizza lover – especially of Neapolitan style – this is an absolute must while visiting Joseph, Oregon.

We stopped by for dinner during the Euzumeh pop-up, and everything was spectacular! The drinks were impeccable, the ambiance was charming and classy and cozy, and the food was just amazing. The mezze plate brought together an incredible range of flavors and textures, somehow without being overwhelming. Everything on the plate perfectly complemented one another, and I get the feeling that the chef put a lot of time into perfecting every detail. The cookies we had as dessert had no business being so perfect- they weren’t overly sweet and the flavor and texture were perfect. This food made me happy from the inside out, and I hope everyone gets the chance to experience it while it’s here! Thank you to all of the talented staff, and the Chef! We appreciate you!

It was fine. The sauce, cheese, and crust had very mild flavors. The ingredients were fairly fresh. The salad was a bit slimy. Roughly 25% of the pizza crust was burnt on the bottom.
The ice tea was my favorite part, it was better than I’d get at most other places.

What an awesome addition to downtown Joseph! Everything we had, from salads to pasta to pizza to the house cocktails, was delicious, perfectly prepared, and very reasonably priced, especially considering the quality of the (locally-sourced) ingredients. The space is roomy but cozy, and if you’re staying upstairs at the Jennings Hotel you’re just steps away from an amazing meal. Love this spot and can’t wait to go back in the summer when the patio’s open!
