i’m mexican and fairly new to MA. (lived entire life in los angeles) the “mexican” food here is rarely authentic and i have never eaten a burrito i’ve enjoyed from anywhere local. (sorry) chipotle has really saved me from this. i get my burritos with literally just extra protein (barbacoa or chicken) beans and rice and have my own salsa/guac at home. they’re the next best thing when i don’t wanna cook and make my own burritos from scratch.
anyways, all this to say, WHOEVER’S BEEN MAKING BURRITOS FOR THE ONLINE ORDERS IS AMAZINGG. for about the past month my burritos have been perfection! they remind my of the burritos i get back at the taco trucks in LA. they are assembled and rolled to perfection. not some weird ball, not ripping at the seams. considering i always go around the same time of day, i’m assuming it’s one person making these. i showed my mom and she said in spanish “now that’s how you make a burrito”
whoever this chipotle employee is, i am giving you your flowers and you’re invited to the carne asada! ↕️❤️
My only gripe is how they handle online pickup orders. Instead of putting them on the pickup shelf like the app says, they keep them behind the counter. So you have to go to the side window and ask, and sometimes it takes a few minutes before anyone notices you’re there. I’ve had to wait around five minutes a few times just to get someone’s attention.
Other than that, it’s a solid, well-run location that clearly has a good team.
never ordering from this place ever again.
And if you really want to have chipotle from this place, go in to the store, never order delivery.
A girl came over and then just stared at me. No Hello or how can I help, not even a what would you like. I asked her if she was waiting for my order. She just nodded and was quite cold during our interaction. I will say the young man who rang me up did give a greeting and was much friendlier.
I really do not understand why workers would give poor customer service. In this economy I can save my $15 and eat home.
I’ve had this same exact order from other Chipotles and it is spectacular. This sad looking order came with no fajita veggies unless you count 2-3 slices of onion. And barely any brisket. I’ve not needed to order double brisket before. Ever. Ive also not ever been charged full price for an order that isn’t complete.
The owners of this place should be on Restaurant Impossible.
