The buffet was fantastic. There was a nice mix of spicy and mild curries. Our family enjoyed both vegetarian and chicken dishes. Delicious mango mousse and fruits were a great finish to a fulfilling meal. A little more options of salads would have been a great but overall it was a great experience. We ordered breakfasts combo takeout around 9:30 AM and picked up the food at 10:00 AM. Within 1–2 hours, the food had already spoiled. We could clearly see bubbles forming, and it smells really bad and fermented.
We immediately called the restaurant to inform them. They asked for proof, so we sent photos and videos to their WhatsApp number showing the condition of the food.
We expected a concerned and responsible response. Instead, they began asking unnecessary questions — how did the food spoil? How would we know how it spoiled? That is something the restaurant should be able to explain. They also asked where we stay, which felt irrelevant and made us uncomfortable. You served spoiled food to a customer who paid expecting fresh food.
We were not asking for a refund or compensation. We clearly told them that we only wanted to inform them so that other customers would not face the same issue. We simply wanted them to be aware that the food had spoiled.

My wife and I recently visited Indian Gate for breakfast and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. I ordered the puri, and she had the dosa—both dishes were incredibly flavorful, well-prepared, and beautifully presented. You can tell the food is made with care and authentic ingredients. It’s rare to find an Indian buffet in US that has quite literally every single dish tasty and satisfy your Indian food cravings. India Gate was an accidental discovery for me and I loved it. Worth every penny. I am not a fan of Mango in savory dishes but I was blown away with their Mango Chicken curry. Paneer was soft and tender, Biryani was decent, country chicken was yummy, and goat curry reminded me of home.

We had a very delicious food at India gate restaurant, all food are rich in flavor. The chicken Biryani and Tandoori chicken were amazing and not too spicy and the nan bread was mind blowing delicious.

I booked India Gate banquet hall for a Seemantham Function (Baby Shower) for 35 people on June 14th Saturday 2025. The staff let us do the decoration the evening before our Function. $400 for the hall. No time limit, no cleaning fees, no service charges or any extra fees of any kind. Most importantly, the food tasted hot and delicious and we got a discount too. I would definitely recommend India Gate.

First time coming here! Lunch buffet for $20 and you can eat as much as you want! But it was a bit salty for me so if they make them less salty that would be better. We came here around 3 pm (bad time) but will try again whether fresh ones are good and less salty.
