Absolutely horrible all around!! Placed an order for a 6:30 pick up! Get there a little early and the girl says they’ll start making it give them 6:30/6:45 for pick up
6:45 comes and goes with no one in sight to help myself or others at this point. 7:05 I start walking around the restaurant to which one server pointed me to the pick up area where I just came from! Flag down someone else to have someone meet me over there! Finally 7:15 I received my food 45 minutes late!!!’ Food wasn’t great! One of my boneless wings was an incorrect flavor and the fried pickles were not cooked properly! Absolutely horrible service and food!

Idk what the problem here is but its the 2nd time Ive been here service is slow. 30 mins for an appetizer is insane. Then when my server decides to show up she says the kitchens backed up BS. It doesnt take but 10 mins to fry pickles and 2 to make a Ceasar salad. And when I do get my pickles its like a half portion( see photo) Anothet 60 mins to get my salad wings. Salad was dead from sitting and wings were cold. Not room temp but still partially frozen All this after the table behind us came in 10 mins after us and ordered just apps after we ordered our whole meal. No manager visits no apologies no comps. Doubt Ill ever come back here.
EDIT: 1/24/26. ***** this visit. After my 1st review, Corporate reached out and manager sent a gift certificate. Went for UFC event and Im glad I did. Sat at a bar table and the blond bartender was “over the top” superb. I didnt catch her name but her level of service is extra ordinary for any establishment.

Had a few hours to break from work and wanted something a little different. Walked right in and was self seating so quickly found a table. Food came out in under 10 minutes and was very fresh & hot. Servers and other staff seemed very friendly and overall establishment was clean.

Showed up the day after a snowstorm and was honestly blown away. Our bartender, Val, was phenomenal as usual, but what made it even more impressive was that no other FOH staff showed up. She handled both the bar and the entire dining room like a pro. BOH apparently didn’t make it in either, and the managers truly led by example by jumping into the kitchen themselves. Despite a crowded day and tough circumstances, the food was great and the service never skipped a beat. Huge respect to this team for stepping up and delivering an excellent experience.

I haven’t been to this location since prior to their remodeling… previous visits were great and I had little to no complaints. However, my most recent visit was shocking. My husband and daughter went to have dinner. We waited about 10 minutes at the front of the restaurant, waiting to be seated. No one ever even said a word to us, so I just proceeded to seat myself. The gentleman who waited on us never brought menus or silverware and he was no where to be found for me to ask for some. I had to get my own menus and find silverware. It was a bit ridiculous. My recommendation for this location is that if you seat yourself, have a sign saying so. If not, then have a hostess to seat guests. I used to love Buffalo Wild Wings in the past but this experience really rubbed me the wrong way. It was like we were a bother to the staff that we were there.

The food was fair burger was ok fries were cold. Waitress sucked took are order 45 minutes later brought the food and cold. They were not very busy Manager had to bring ketchup. Then another 40 minutes for check. Just thought it was terrible there today I don’t know if they were short handed. But was not a good dining experience today.

Stopped in yesterday, we had three orders of wings. (2) Orders came out way over cooked, and somehow cold and one of those orders was sent back because it was to salty to even eat. The service was “fine”, but there was an emergency fill-in for the bartender, who was not getting the support from theamaget that he desperately needed.

The food was cold when it was brought out 1 and 1/2 hour later. Server kept saying food would be right out. I understand it can get busy but the order was simple and should not have taken that long. If the food had been ready and sitting that long it should not have been served.manager should not give excuse that there was a large group dining in. Their food was already served before I was seated. During a home game of football tou should be prepared for this kind of crowd regardless of size. Not happy with service at all. Should not have paid for drinks or donation. Should have tipped bar tender, they did their job efficiently

For many years I have driven past this place and kept telling myself one day I’ll go in and check it out. I finally did go in for lunch I looked over the menu at the different selections and of course they’re supposedly known for their wings. So I made my selection. It came out in a short period of time, looked pretty good I basically went through 10 wings and sat there said to myself if this is what this place is all about I’m wondering how it survived because the only good part of the combination was the tater tots. The wings barely had any meat on them and the skin that was on the wings was chewy like shoe leather needless to say I was very disappointed, I have gotten wings at other locations in the area and that’s not even their specialty and they far surpassed what Buffalo offered. I may go back and try that one more time in case they are having an off day but was very unimpressed with the food however the staff was very helpful and pleasant
