Does this look like a steak egg and cheese bagel, im so sick of wasting my hard earned money at this place. I dont even know y I go back because the last 4 times my order has always been wrong. I really dont understand, you want to take 17 dollars for a value meal than I should get my 17 dollars worth I worked hard 4.

I can genuinely say I do not like this location. There is nothing but children working there the places like a zoo. They’re not doing their job that they are assigned to. They lollygag and play around in the back while customers are waiting for their food. I took 20 minutes for my food to come today and before that I think I waited in line for about 30 minutes I feel like short corporate should come in

Was more than 9 minutes for an inside order. Sadly, I could not understand what the lady behind the counter was asking me, a kind gentleman interpreted for me.
I had ordered a small coffee, the lady dropped off my coffee and didn’t attach the lid completely, across the parking lot I went to take a sip and scalding hot coffee all over my hand. Most of the coffee ended up on the ground. Wont be returning to this poorly staffed McDonalds in Pawtucket.

I visited the store about 20 minutes ago and when I tell you this is what I like to see when I go out. All three of the managers had headsets on very friendly environment working together as a team because the mineral spring McDonald’s could definitely take a lesson from this group of managers ☺️this store very clean, very friendly, very attentive very much about their customers, and I watched for a minute i’m from the neighborhood and visit all three McDonald’s and by far this was the best and I’m talking about helping each other uplifting each other passing the food communicating not just one person with a headset. Keep the job up. My food was hot and Fresh They are perfect. I appreciate all of them Anne ,Andrew ,joshua keep the good work up love the friendliness and the kindness.

The people who made the food today at 12:30pm need training really badly. The meat patties were burnt with holes in them, the lettuce was LITERALLY brown and gray. The fries weren’t even cooked or hot. The food used to be good here and lately it’s been awful. I won’t be ordering here again.
EDIT: After reading the reviews here and nothing gets done about the service I am going to report to BBB and calling health and safety.

I ordered a regular sandwich and they gave me a small children’s sandwich. I waited 30 minutes, then they made me wait again. I didn’t even understand what the employees were doing.

Came here at 10:30pm after a long day at work and the door was locked. I was a little confused about it because it’s never locked when I come to this location. A little boy who was about 13/15 opened the door for me and 3 other people. The manager on shift started screaming at this child saying you don’t work here and how it was a safety issue and talking to the minor as if it was her kid who got in trouble. I want to say first of she is very lucky that was not my child and the mother of the child was very upset. She also yelled at everyone who came in and told them to go into the drive-through because she was short staffed like that was our fault. Everytime I come in to this location I never have a problem but when this lady is working she seems to always be short staffed but that does not stop her from running across the street to the gas station while I wait for my food. This lady doesn’t love her job enough to care. This McDonald’s should be ashamed to have this kind of worker please run your cameras and watch the work ethic. If you like to be treated nasty feel free to come to this location.

I normally order pickup from a different McDonald’s location, but the App had chosen this location automatically and I hadn’t noticed until after. Ordered 2 steak egg and cheese bagels. I take a bite into small fragments of bone, which I initially thought was gristle. So I spit it out and take another bite into this much larger bone fragment. I’ll avoid this specific location in the future.
