Visited on 7.1.2025. Fantastic food and Spectacular service from Bill at the bar top. One of the biggest and best Cobb Salads I’ve ever had. Highly Recommend!! Returned on 7.5.2025 and had the Walleye Fish, which was Awesome!!

The biggest secret in the south metro is when the Vikings are playing at 8:30am the Green Mill in Lakeville opens and makes breakfast pizza that’s absolutely amazing. There is also an all American breakfast and a breakfast calzone. If you get a chance to go…..GO!!!!

We go to Greenmill for the great pizza. We love both the Pescara crust and thin crust. The Cobb salad is delicious, too. On this particular visit for lunch, it was not very busy, but we had to wait awhile to get water refills. There are lots of TVs if you want to watch a game, too.

Food was amazing I love the three cheese chicken ragatoni. Not 100% kid friendly but perfect for a date night. Have pasta sandwiches, salads, and pizzas. Waitress was very knowledgeable on the menu and even gave us some ideas of what to order.

The price here gave me a shock! I hadn’t been here for a while and I didn’t realize how costly everything has gotten. My first trip, I had the slice of pizza and a side salad. The pizza was great but the crutonse were so hard I thought I might chip a tooths. I did go back and got the wings and a salad and this time it was perfet. The homemade cruton were soft and the service was very nice. My friend said his burger was excellent. the food is good so I’ll be back again.

Always had been a fan of the food of Green Mill, but my latest experience infuriated me and I will never return. Went online at 4p to reserve a table for 9 and the website just said to come in as they were not busy. Showed up at 430 and the hostess seemed confused when I asked for a table for 9 (mind you the dinning room was COMPLETELY EMPTY) and the only people in the establishment were at the bar or a couple high tops.
The hostess then came back and said they had no room (again nobody in the dining room) When I asked why, she informed me that it “might” get busy later and they may need the dinning room.
I was dumbfounded that a business that was seemingly empty would turn away that much business just because.

Stopped in for lunch and had the chicken stir fry salad. It was quite good. Water Chestnut, pea pods and a good sauce. Also served with two slices of fresh bread and a garlic butter that was quite good. Would try it again based on this visit.

I went back to try different menu items. I ordered the buffalo wings and house salad. Both were very good. I liked that the croutons were homemade and the Parmesan cheese was nice sized shaved pieces. This time around I was quite happy.
Margherita pizza was one of the worst I have had. It is supposed to be a simple pizza where the few ingredients make it taste so good naturally. The cheese tasted like a highly processed cheese with a high amount of anti caking ingredients…wood pulp. The tomatoes were plain and not naturally sweet. Your basic mealy tomato. The basil was thinly sliced and barely could be tasted. It seemed high in salt, either from the sauce or the cheese…or both. The crust was the best part and it was an average crust. It was filling but disappointing.

I mean it’s Green Mill not fancy high end dining. But good for pizza and pasta. Spouse had walleye sandwich and liked it and was a real filet. The Asian salad I had was weird as there were hot items over cold lettuce and sauce was too sweet. Otherwise was okay.
