My husband and I were passing through New Castle on our way home for the Thanksgiving holiday. There were only two sweet ladies working the restaurant, Sam and Diana. While people were being very rude and impatient with them, they were still very kind so us and served us as quickly as they could despite it just being the two of them. The food was yummy and warm. Thank you to Sam and Diana for putting up with grumpy customers during the holiday and treating everyone with the same equal service and respect. ❤️

Ordered through door dash dasher had to return because they left off the drinks. Then when he finally made it with my order it was short a sandwich and had all the wrong fries. So I called and the lady “manager” hung up on me. And refused to answer the phone so I had drive down there to get my food when I ask her for corporate number she told me to leave the store because I was visibly upset this is the same person whom on multiple occasions I have seen her smoking her vape in the kitchen while customers was waiting on there food in the lobby. I love Hardee’s and eat there at least once if not more a week and as long as she works there from now on I will not be patronizing this location again.

For a clean building it has the worst deals and burgers there is. I had a coupon for an Angus burger meal and it was still twelve dollars! Adding the fact if you weren’t wanting a soggy mess ready to have everything fall off the bun than you came to the wrong place, most sauce filled slippery mess I had in a long time.

I give two stars because I do like Hardee’s generally. But this time I was a bit disappointed. The fries taste old. And I ordered a burger with no pickle or tomato… and somehow four pickles made their way on there. Yet the onion they put on was absolutely pathetic. Not to mention she asked me if I wanted ketchup on this – yet no ketchup made its way on it. But there was so much Mayo and mustard it squeezed out all over. Not impressed Hardee’s. Not impressed.

Even though there was only 2 employees, and one of them was New to the job (his 2nd day) they were very professional and friendly. Customer service was excellent. We did have a little bit of a wait, but we had a large order. Thank you to the 2 person team at Hardee’s. Our food was great and the Fries were the best

You are the worst place to eat. You never can get peoples order correct. I ordered 2 omelet biscuits and a bacon,egg and cheese biscuit. You gave me one omelet and 2 bacon,egg and cheese. To top it off the bacon was burnt. These were pathetic not worth the 15 I spent. After over charging me and not giving me what I paid for. I will attach a picture of the biscuit.

Stopped on way to work got 2 homestlye breakfast burritos. Apparently its made with hamburger meat, grease is pouring out the bottom. 1 bite and $12.00 breakfast goes straight to the trash.
