I ordered a Baja blast freeze, I guess the person taking my order didn’t hear me but I said freeze twice. When I got a regular soda the lady at the window refused to give me the right drink because “it’s a totally different price and she already charged my card” pretty sure it’s about a dollar difference but alright. No sorry or anything. Just wanted a freeze man I don’t get it. I’ve never had an issue with this place, must be new workers, the old ones were always super nice.

I came here with my family. We ordered on the tablet and we were going to pay cash. Nobody was paying attention to the front. We were there for a while until I said hello and they finally came to help us. They were not friendly and polite and professional. The kitchen was a mess. The manager and other associates were just chatting. We ate our food, The fries were cold and hard, and the rest of the food was cold not good. We ordered again for my rest of my family. Again, same situation with not paying attention upfront. When somebody finally came, they were unprofessional and eating while attending me and handling cash. They were using unappropriate words and unprofessional and immature. The person in charge did not care at all, and also was part of that behavior. I never eat at this Taco Bell and the one time I do come I get this experience never again coming to this location. they also did not give receipt

There menu board through the drive through is not readable. The print of the items and details are way to small. Even with my glasses on I still had to get out if my car to read it up closer. It was not only embarrassing as there was a car behind me but the employee was not patient since it was taking me longer to order. I’ve been to the other local Taco bells drive through and their menu boards are much easier to read and I never had any problems. Management at the Clackamas location needs to go around to the other locations to see theirs and needs to get a better menu board in their drive through. Also the food was not even warm.

The older hispanic dude that works window is very rude. I’ve never a good experience with him. Yall should honestly put him on the line and not have him interact with any customers. Every other person at the window besides him has been fine. What happened to the really nice dude with the beanie, or even the nice hispanic woman?

I’m really upset because this is the second time I have gotten off work at midnight (appbees) went through the drive thru to get the loaded nacho fries and asked for no tomato (MAJOR ALLERGY and stated it!!) and tipped $5 at the window only to get home and find tomatoes on my fries. It’s midnight, I’m tired and exhausted and just want to eat and now it’s too late to go get more food. No care whatsoever for someone with an allergy that specified it. Not okay.

I keep coming because there are a couple staff that truly are very sweet and want to be there, plus they always modify my food correctly and sometimes even throw in a little extra substance. However, they never and i mean never remember my drinks (i’m always a walk in customer) and i observe that with everyone else who walks in as well. I probably eat here once or twice a week so I’m in here often enough to observe. Customer service is hit and miss, it depends who’s working. I’ve seen customers walk in and stand at the counter oblivious to the fact that they need to order at the kiosk or they just have questions and sometimes the entire staff completely ignores those people and people just end up walking out. Personally I haven’t had that experience but I just speak up if they don’t see me (because I need my drinks ). I think the spanish speaking workers seem very sweet and they’re incredibly hard working but several don’t speak english or not enough to help, so it’s up to the managers or other workers to perform the customer service facing roles and this location frankly just isn’t huge on customer interaction except maybe 3 people I’ve met. I do genuinely appreciate that they always get my food right which is why I’m loyal because i have had a horrible time with that for years at a variety of taco bells. You win some you lose some, I know how this location functions so most of the downsides don’t bother me enough to stop coming

Very very low effort Taco Bell. Service didn’t speak any English, food was extremely low standard even for taco bells in general. I got the special lux box and this is how my burrito came.
Edit: tipped my drink over on accident and the lid kept everything in, very good lids

I am partially blind and I asked to givenMe an extra few minutes to look at the menu cause.I didn’t know what I wanted , and she said , that’s not how fast food works really??? I was very discouraged by this, as I have sat in line numerous times for many places, fast food and people order many, many things. And they’re asked to go, and sit by the curb until they’re food is delivered. Her entitlement was outrageous

Edited: I forgot to add something to my order so when I pulled up and asked to add 1 chalupa. I was told no. Excuse me what? There was only 4 cars in line
I live two minutes away and come to this location a lot. 9 times out of 10 my order is wrong, missing, or item quality is TERIRIBLE! I’m incredibly nice and understanding since I work in the food industry but, there comes a time when enough is enough. Time and time again!
Typically, I get the Mexican pizza for myself and they put it on the bottom which makes everything else I order sit on top of it. When I pull up to my house 1 minute later, my Mexican pizza is a soggy and cold mess!
Sometimes the entire thing is broken, soggy, half of it stuck to lid, no extra cheese (like I asked), or extra tomatoes (when I asked for none).
Mexican pizzas are $6-7, it adds up when we coming in a few times a week. Rarely, I come back, 2 minutes later I’m charged again! Typically, i try to just force feed it to myself or throw it away because it’s not worth bringing all my kids back to correct my food or missing my other $3 item. It adds up and I’m not a millionaire.
I know we are all human and this is fast food but, come on! The restaurant workers probably too high to cook food while the one of the girl is laughing while taking orders and messing up modifications. Workers don’t care since they are getting paid except for 1. She said she is the manager and has been the only one to make sure it taste good and looks good.
Look its all fun and games while I spend money on this crap that makes you feel like you have to shit. At least make it look and taste decent while I eat it please!
I’m just about done with this place which I’m sure the workers wouldn’t mind since that means less work they have to do.
Anways, shoutout to the 1 person who cares and apologizes! I appreciate you! I barely eat so, when I do I want it to be at least edible.
(I tried scraping it up and even my 1 year old shaved it away)

This location is the worst food quantity and quality of food. I don’t mind paying extra for subscriptions but every time I order and I love Taco Bell it’s not what I pay for. The manager is talking over me as I am giving feedback about past issues when going to this location. It sucks now I will have to drive to a farther Taco Bell because I am wasting my money with these foul employees. Also asks for chipotle and always get the nasty jalapeño sauce.
