I never usually make reviews, but I feel the need to share this with not only the staff, but as well as customers. I started eating my burger and was shocked when I noticed the colour. I am absolutely disgusted. Not only is the taste and look unappealing, but it’s not safe. This is the last time I’ll eat there. I get everyone has bad days, but safety should absolutely come first when serving meat. I’m lucky I noticed this, and I hope no one else got sick from this. I also have videos with and without flash, it’s not just the lighting, it’s absolutely undercooked. I used to love coming here; the convenience of the drive thru, the quality and price of the food, and because it was always the same. Now I never know what to expect, I have to specifically ask for crispy fries which I feel bad about. I had one incident a while ago where a staff member charged me at the window, then insisted that it didnt go through, I payed again, later after reviewing my bank statement it did in fact go through twice, so I had to come back for a refund out of my way, the staff apologized, but it was an unprofessional situation. After all of this I won’t even bother to return for a refund, I’m sad cause I truly loved this place!

We were expecting just another fast food place. We were so pleasantly surprised. Food was delicious, fresh and the service amazing. I had a Caesar salad and couldn’t finish it
As portion sizes were huge. Husband had a burger combo. Real fries! Real homemade patty. Highly recommended.

Amazing food for great prices.
I have to say we truly love the food here. You always feel great know you have eaten quality food even though its fast food after eating here. The prices always seem to be fair. I only wish maybe if I had one complaint that there was a alternate option for kids as corny as it sounds for kids. My son does not do burgers or chicken burgers or I wish they had strips or nuggets but I feel strips would be easier based off there chicken burgers.
But that is honestly it. Its so good.

Honestly one of the best burger places I’ve ever been to. The taste of the food is phenomenal, beyond any other burger place. The service is also fantastic, if you eat in they walk the food out to you. The price is also on par with other fast food places, which gives it an even better reason to eat here instead of elsewhere. I recommend 10/10 and would eat here over anywhere else anytime of the week.

I am in town for work and love a good burger. After reading the reviews I decided to give it a try. The burger was tasty but disappointed I had to pay for toppings. The fries were very disappointing as you can see from the picture I got all the crispy short ends that are left in the bottom of the tray. . The gravy was very good made up for the fries. The staff was friendly and the place was clean. I will be back.

They announce when people give tips and the staff all yell “thank you”
While this seems nice, it feels like a way of guilt tripping people into tipping.
Personally, I am a big believer in tipping if I eat in an establishment with table service, but not so much for a fast food joint, and definitely not for picking up orders.

We were really craving Burger Barn last night, and they did not disappoint. We both had the Bacon Deluxe Combos and shared a gravy between the two of us. Both our meals were delicious, nice and hot, great service, clean atmosphere and our meals were finished entirely. Also, the price was unbeatable, makes chain restaurants look pittyful. Great experience. Ty again Burger Barn.
