Stopped in around 0845 on a Tuesday and it wasn’t that busy, so we got sat right away by a very pleasant waitress. It was clean and quiet with music playing. I got the Cinnamon Roll pancakes and they were delicious. Super sweet which I expected so I ate only 4 or 5 bites before taking the rest home, which I did end up eating as dessert after dinner. My partner got biscuits and gravy. Gravy had good flavor but he said the biscuits were a little too hard. Cappuccino tasted like the gas station cappuccino, but I like that so…..

Our server was quite nice and friendly. She was patient with my autistic son and gave him time to order on his own. She checked on us multiple times, and made sure our glasses were never empty. The chicken fried steak is huge (come hungry) and tender. The Nashville hot chicken and waffles were the perfect blend of spicy and sweet (are the waffles peppered?). It was a delicious meal with outstanding service.

This is an excellent place where you get above what you pay for. The food is good, almost too and you get a lot so be ready to take some to go. The service is quick and homey. The atmosphere is pleasant and doesn’t get to crowded. It’s a goto restaurant for breakfast and lunch.

Great biscuits. (Disclaimer, did not have gravy.). I had French toast, grits, bacon and scrambled eggs. He had a scramble bowl and couldn’t finish it. Will definitely go again. Note: it was a Saturday and they had a wait, we volunteered to sit at the counter and free up a table. Also they give you a thermos pitcher of coffee, no waiting for a refill.

The biscuits were average and the gravy had very little sausage. Not allot of flavor either. As with the hash browns. Doctored it up w/ Chalula Sauce!! The upcharged peppers, onions and cheddar cheese wasn’t impressive.

Gigi made my first visit to Big Biscuit one that will bring me back again. She was warm and personable, and she let my husband and I know immediately that she cared about our order. Medium eggs came out medium, which isn’t always the case. She came back to the table several times to be sure we had what we wanted and needed. If you need a server to train your new servers, she is the one! We will ask for her table next time we visit.

I came in a little after 11A on a Sunday, which made it no surprise when they were packed full and had a wait list. Still, I believe my wait time after joining the wait list was no more than 10 minutes. Then, the waitress who’s section I was seated in did a fantabulous job. She was quick with her service and extremely friendly. The food didn’t take long either and tasted good, which I appreciated. It was a great first impression. I will likely return again.
