I love this place for a quick lunch when I am in Midland.
It is counter service and then the food is brought to your table. Service is so friendly and speedy!
The food is delicious. I particularly love the sandwiches and whilst I have never tried the pizza it always looks (and smells!) delicious!

Disappointing. We like to support local businesses when we can vs chains. In the past we’ve loved Pizza Sam’s but the last few visits have been lackluster. Cheese bread appeared to have not been proofed, it was thin and rubbery. Cheesy yes, but no flavor. Daughter was disappointed and threw it away.
Boneless wings were ok, but again lacking in flavor.
Our favorite go-to salad now includes barely any chicken or ham.
Overall, just disappointed all around.
Was going to send ba quiet email to a manager/owner but no contact info listed on website besides phone number.

Manager reached out and acknowledged a dough issue, apologized and issued a gift card. Thanks for your efforts to make things right; we will return.

My daughter in law suggested Sam’s when we were visiting from Ohio. I ordered a pepperoni pizza and breads sticks. The bread sticks were SO GOOD, they’re soft and chewy and cheezy with plenty of garlic parmesan! I had to order another couple large orders as we headed back home.
Wish we had a Sam’s pizza around here.

Atmosphere: more college feeling, just plain..reminded me much of a jimmy johns place oddly enough. It was fine.
Service was great. You order at the counter, seat yourself and they bring the food to the table.
Food: we got artichoke dip. The chips were wonderful and soft. The dip was sweet, not savory like some other dips.
The bread sticks were great. And their ranch is good for those that love ranch.
The pizza was thin but wonderful. And crisp. Not super greasy either. I’d highly recommend trying here

I loved Pizza Sam’s but tonight was a huge disappointment. I ordered a takeout. I ordered gyros and sweet potatoes with extra sauce. I was shocked they put very, very burnt sweet potato fries. It was literally black. Why serve that to customers?? I requested feta cheese for my gyro and it was missing. It was not a pleasant dinner for me especially I added a nice tip for nothing.

We moved to town a couple of years ago, and at first, I was not a big fan of Pizza Sam’s. However, once I learned they would make thin crust, it was a game changer. Their thin crust pizza is delicious. The boneless wings are better than BWW… it’s now my go-to place for pizza in town. The service is always good, and pizza comes out quickly. My only change would be having them use an actual pizza oven to cook the pizza a little longer. They use a conveyer belt oven.

Stopped by during work and grabbed a slice and it was delicious. The crust had the perfect amount of crunch, customer service was amazing and quick, and the place gave off a good vibe. 10/10. Would recommend!

The staff are wonderful and are always pleasant and quick to help. The pizza is also great. I’m from Bay City and wish we had a Pizza Sam’s.
